What a wonderful experience! Ive never rented a tent before, so I was someone nervous about the process. Calling around, I received short answers and phone messages were not returned. Calling Big Top Tent, Ray answered immediately, answered all of my questions and said that he would make it look good. Well, he was right. The process was very easy and transparent, the installers called to confirm the delivery time, were on time and were quick with both set up and removal. I had several people at the party ask who handled the tent. In a world filled with corporate conglomerations, its often difficult to find a family owned and operated business that offers great customer service, competitive prices and quality products.I first learned of Big Top Tents at a company picnic. The team arrived in the morning, set up a bunch of tents and came back that afternoon and took them down.I called them (thinking my job would be too small and they would be too expensive) for my sons birthday party. They came out the day before the party, set up a tent, dance floor, chairs and tables and they were in and out before I knew it.Dealing with Ray, the owner, from first call until the tent was taken down was refreshing. Hes a very kind man who answered all of my questions honestly. He didnt try to over sell me and he wasnt pushy. I told him my ideas for the party and he worked WITH me to make this an outstanding and memorable sweet 16 for my boy.Im so glad my company hired Big Top Tents for our company picnic.. if not, who knows what kind of party my son would have had?Id pick Big Top Tents time and time again!

I used Big Top Tent for a family party and then again for my wedding rehearsal dinner with amazing success. The rehearsal dinner needed tables, chairs, a dance floor, heaters, walls and some really nice lighting- Big Top Tent provided all of it for us and at a very reasonable price. So happy I went with them! I was able to let them setup without me worrying or overseeing it the whole time. I knew they would do a great job and so it was one less concern for me when I was so busy into wedding mode. Make the easy decision and choose them, I have told all my girlfriends and family to call them for any party needs.

We recently had Big Top Tents deliver tents, tables, and chairs for an event. The customer service was excellent, set up and tear down was a breeze, the people were incredibly friendly, and the price was amazing! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning an event.

I rented the 20x40 frame tent for New Year’s Eve and it was perfect! The guys set up lights with it which was super convenient for my group. The workers set up/took down the tent really quick and the tent stayed at a comfortable temperature all night with a couple heaters even with the 7 degree temps!

Ray & Marley exceed customer expectations. Rented 2 tents for my outdoor wedding reception in June 2018, where the crew worked through inclement weather to setup tents the day before. The venue was an historical location, where special attention and care was needed with the installation of tents.The entire team at BTT is professional and very customer service focused. Their rental equipment is clean, up-to-date and in excellent condition.Each time Ive contacted BTT since that time, they have done everything possible to help me realize whatever Ive asked of them. I highly recommend Big Top Tent to anyone in need of their products and services!!
