DJ Keelan was a blast! We are so thankful to have had him assist in making our special day perfect! We particularly loved the “snowball” song at the beginning and he asked several times if we needed anything and even offered to grab our drinks from the bar! Thank you so much for everything!

We used Complete for our wedding DJ. They were great to work with for all of our COVID changes and postponement and were nice about honoring the COVID restrictions we set in place for our reception. Chuck was a great DJ and worked with us to make sure everyone had fun. He worked with a playlist we gave him but also knew when to throw in other songs. He was terrific. I told him out of 10, we’d give him a 15!

As a former employee my review will not be based on a poor service but instead my poor experience working for this company which in turn I hope will give you some insight before you decide to pursue Complete as your DJ service. I will start with some professional points and then into some personal points as well.Complete Weddings and Events (Louisville Location) is very greedy. They charge you around $600-800 for the DJ service itself and that doesn’t include any other services you choose to hire. When you hire one of Completes DJs they only receive about $100 of that money that you spend, and the rest is pocketed by the owner and because of it it is heavily implied that you TIP the DJ a fair amount which results in a loss of more money from YOU directly because complete would rather keep the money instead.Which leads me into my next topic is completes equipment, they’re equipment is shoddy and worn down. Rick refuses to invest his money into better quality equipment for his DJs which leads to equipment problems consistently, it is not uncommon for an average event to have some kind of equipment problem which is neither customers fault nor the DJs but rather the blame falls onto the company itself for failing to provide adequate equipment to their staff.From a professional and business standpoint I highly recommend that you choose a DJ service that will not overcharge you and such should do your research before you choose to continue with complete.Some personal points I would like to add, on the exterior Rick may come across as patient and acceptable but his exterior doesn’t reflect his interior as he is very verbally abusive to his employees and destructive and such has difficulty keeping his employees.As someone who once had much respect for Rick, I say these things with sincerity that you would do well to take you business to a company that values their employees as a good company is only as good as their employees.Edit - I got a response so I’d like to clarify a few key missing points Rick forgot to mention to the public.Those choice words were a lot more disgusting than you might think as he told me in a phone call that I was a “piece of sh*t scumbag and that I should go kill myself”His long winded response only further proves his professionalism by feeling the need to defend himself against a “Disgruntled employee”. As I have every right to feel disgruntled.I’m only here to give a warning to any future customers that are considering complete to look elsewhere first.

Max, our DJ, was great! He was very friendly, very engaging and honored our requests. We did have some audio challenges and issues with the processional song for the bride coming down the aisle. The music cut out, then the wrong song started playing, and then the correct song came back on. All in all, Max was great and adapted well! It started raining (he was set up outside) and he was good with adjusting and not missing a beat. We really appreciated everything he brought to our event. He made it so much fun!

They were great to work with! Super flexible, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and fun. Derrick was an amazing DJ for our wedding and we have had great experiences using them at several other weddings I have been to!

Our original DJ couldnt make it and they were very quick to send a replacement and he was great! With only 20 minutes or so to learn everything I needed, he truly nailed it. My only minor complaint was he had no way to play our first dance song off of my husbands phone so he had to hold the mic up to the phone speaker and it was alright but not great. But it worked and the reception was beautiful.

Eric was amazing!! He was very flexible with us during the DJ planning stage. He was personable, funny, and patient. He understood what we wanted in a DJ which was great. The day of our wedding, the ceremony ran longer than expected but Eric was there the entire night trying to get us back on track. He made sure everything else flowed as we planned and tried to help expedite things. Eric communicated with us the entire evening. He even jumped in and did the wobble with us!! He was the perfect addition to our wedding. We will definitely look to Complete Weddings + Events and Eric for any DJ services we may need in the future.

I had a less than stellar experience with the DJs at my wedding for several reasons.- Attire: I requested that they wear semi formal attire, and that was not the case. Their outfits certainly did not match the environment of the event space.- Lighting: The dance floor lighting cheapened the look of the space.- Volume of music: The music was way too loud during dinner and special events throughout the reception. Several times we had to request it be turned down. Later in the night, it seemed as if a speaker blew and the music was grainy for the remainder of the event.- Management of events: The DJs confirmed during our planning session that they would MC for the night and ensure the timeline of events rolled out smoothly. We walked through a detailed timeline. As the bride, I had to constantly get with them and initiate the next move. We had requested that they release by table for dinner, however they simply stated that the food was open and everyone was free to go at once. They then were first to jump in line to get dinner. Many guests didn’t even see the cake cutting by the bride and groom due to poor announcements and once again, music too loud.- In addition to all of this, the music selection throughout the night did not reflect the questionnaire forms I had filled out prior to the event.Even if the DJs weren’t on the same page initially, they were not professional enough to read the room, ambiance of event, or repeated requests for them to do what had been confirmed. A great…or even good… DJ is a critical vendor to ensure the wedding runs as planned and I was left very underwhelmed. I would not recommend this company to anyone going forward.

Anthony Tran was awesome!!!! He played every song request and did everything I asked of him. He had a printed copy of all the paperwork I had filled out prior and called in advance to go over everything. He was super easy going and was a great DJ. All my guests have commented on how great the music transitions were and the atmosphere was so fun. Thank you for providing one of the best!!!! It made my night so much less stressful and fun!!!!

Fantastic job setting the mood during different portions of our reception (happy hour, dinner, dance, etc.). Was super easy to work with and was able to adjust to any requested changes on the fly without any issues. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for DJ services!

Thank you Complete Weddings + Events! Our videographer Lucas was so awesome and such a pleasure to work with!! Professional, prompt, kind, and always had great communication throughout the entire process and especially on our wedding day! He made us feel comfortable and at ease being on video which isnt easy and also managed to make the entire experience great for us! We havent received the final edit edit because our wedding was just last month but we look forward to seeing the final product and will add to our review when the time comes. Huge thank you to Rick who immediately reached out after we first contacted Complete Weddings and took the time to send a courtesy email even after our wedding. Also thank you to Eric for following up, putting everything together and is such a pleasure to speak with. Overall a great experience!

My wife and I got married at the end of March. That was the beginning of the pandemic, when everything was new and groups were restricted to ten people. We were forced to cancel one week before our wedding, and politely asked for a refund. We were refused. We’ve talked to other couples that had to cancel right before their wedding, and most of them received at least a partial refund (typically the vendor kept the deposit, for example) on the grounds that the virus and shut down may qualify as “an act of God.” I understand that the wedding industry took a major hit from the virus. Some vendors spend huge amounts of time and resources in an event that couldn’t happen, and couples still demand a full refund. The DJ, however, looked at our information, and we received one phone call before cancelling. And yet still Rick from Complete Weddings stated that even a partial refund is not possible. Just wanted to post this review so at least it would be our experience with the company would be out there.

I had an incredible experience with Complete. We asked a lot out o our DJ - WWE style entrances. He did NOT disappoint, in fact, he really exceeded our expectations. The night ended up being very fluid and we were so grateful that he was flexible and kept us on track. Our videographer was also incredible, she had a great vibe, totally understood us as a couple and the type of reception we were hoping to capture. My only negative involved a coupon code and some misleading verbiage. When I purchased our package it was with a $ amount off. But apparently, it only took that off what we had to pay up from and that amount was just added to the final balance so ultimately is was no discount at all.

We liked that we got matched with all of our people and we did have an issues with a photographers availability and it was so nice to not have to worry about winding a substitution because Complete found us the perfect person and we didnt have to worry about anything!Our DJ was the best and knew exactly what to play to keep the party going and knew the audience and exactly what us and our friends and family would like to hear. The photo booth was a success and everybody used it a lot.We had a blast thank you Complete and Rick Hannon for taking care of us!

Max was our DJ, and I cannot even begin to explain how awesome he was. He had a friendly, calm, and easy going demeanor the entire night, and was incredibly accommodating. You could tell he thoroughly enjoyed his job, and ensured our special night was one to remember. He was kind, insightful, and and hard-working. If we ever have to have a DJ again for any event, or if we have any friends who need a DJ, we will do anything to get Max at Complete Weddings + Events. Before last night, I had no idea how much an experienced DJ could improve our reception and ease our stress, never again will we have to debate whether to get a DJ or to just play songs from a playlist. Max was an awesome representative for the company, and one who made our wedding night even better than we could have imagined!Thank you Max and thank you Eric for all your help through the process. I hired Complete for DJ services for my wedding reception and it was SO fun! The DJ (Eric) played a variety music which is exactly what I wanted so that it would please all my guests, young and old! Eric even had us play some games to help get people on the dance floor and then everyone stayed on the dance floor for the rest of the night!! Our reception was so fun for everyone thanks to Eric & Complete! Thank you!!

Collin was our DJ at the Louisville Water Tower - He was amazing. Ian and I had such a beautiful wedding day and the DJ was perfect! Communication was on point and he showed up early, set up exactly how we wanted, and dressed up for the event looking extremely professional. Thank you guys, amazing!!!

Complete made my wedding day absolutely amazing!!! Rick was always prompt to answer my questions from day one. Michael (the photographer) was such a pleasure to work with! He called me a week and a half before the wedding to go over details and gave me lots of great wedding tips! On the day of, he arrived early and went out of his way to get all of the shots we wanted. He brought such a fun energy to our day! Max (our DJ) was incredible as well! He called me a week before wedding to go over details and allowed me to make songs requests and such up until the wedding day itself. He played all the songs I wanted, got people dancing, and provided a great party atmosphere! He was so much fun to work with! Finally, we got blue uplights from Complete and they were gorgeous!!!! I can’t recommend this company enough. They are very reasonably priced as well!

My husband and I chose to use Complete Louisville as our wedding DJ and photo booth. After working with this company we would like to highly recommend them. They were great to work with from start to finish. Their website is nicely designed and easy to navigate. They are quick to respond with any questions that you may have leading up to your day. My husband and I put in a request for a specific DJ and the request was honored (based on availability). After being assigned our DJ, he contacted us to set up a phone meeting to discuss the specific details of the day. The phone meeting with John was great; he was prepared with all the questions he needed to know for our day. John and the photo booth operator arrived to our venue in Lexington promptly the day of our wedding. We can’t say enough good things about John and how he made our reception flow perfectly. The equipment and sound were excellent and John did a great job at reading the audience to keep the crowd dancing. The photo booth was a lot of fun and we were so happy with the photo booth scrapbook that our photo booth operator put together! Book complete, you will be happy you did!

We hired our DJ through COMPLETE Wedding + Events, and after booking, they were running a special for a discount on a videographer. So we were able to get a videographer for a super reasonable price. Their work looks good, so I am excited to see how our video turns out (we dont have it yet). I read a lot of good reviews for their DJs as well!From my experience:Listen, this company is more or less a safe bet. Is the DJ going to blow you away? Maybe not. Max was our DJ. He was very nice, but there wasnt a whole lot of personality going on from the DJ booth. You fill out an online questionnaire way beforehand, and on there, theres a question asking what personality/outgoing-ness you want. What we selected, and the DJ we got (Max), didnt quite match up.Specific reasons I give 3 stars:- The DJ was VERY hard to understand inside the venue. Releasing for dinner was a little crazy because no one could understand what he was saying (granted, he did wear a mask). My wedding planner even went up to him and asked if he could speak clearer. Still didnt change anything.- We specified on our questionnaire AND on a ZOOM meeting that we did not want any rap music or explicit songs played during my reception. I had to go up to him twice during my reception to have him change songs because they were so explicit and rap.- My wedding planner told the DJ that for the first dance, my husband and I were not dancing to the whole song. After a dip, we wanted the music to fade out (otherwise its a really long song and people get bored watching you dance). So we dance, do the dip... music is still going strong. Look over to the DJ, and he isnt even looking at us dancing/the dance floor. It was so awkward for my husband and I to just be standing still out there with all eyes on us. People kept saying from the crowd, Keep going! We were able to laugh it off and said Thats all we rehearsed. Its at this point of the crowd chiming in, us laughing, and my wedding coordinator and I staring at the DJ that he finally looked up and faded the song out.- My husband and I asked the DJ ahead of time (again, on the questionnaire and on the ZOOM call) to please not take song requests from the crowd. However, he ended up taking several song requests from people who went up to him. The songs were fine, and so its okay. It was just another expectation that wasnt met.Pros:-Affordable-The ease of their online portal to pay your balance, add services, complete questionnaires, etc.-They have great equipment and you dont have to worry about anything (microphones, more than one setup -like for your ceremony and a separate set up for your reception)-Was never late-Was willing to meet via ZOOM outside business hours

Everything was awesome for our wedding. John, the DJ, was amazing and kept the party rolling. He met with me beforehand and followed the instructions perfectly. I will recommend complete and John to everyone that asks me. We could not have had a better experience. Thanks for a great night.

This company saved me from so much stress. Their bundle packages for our wedding was a god send. Not only did it make everything super convenient, it placed all my services into one contract and I only had to deal with one contact person until a couple weeks prior to the wedding.DJ/UplightingZach was an amazing DJ. He contacted me about a couple weeks out to go over my music choices and even helped recommend some music options I hadnt even considered! He was very nice, and he came dressed up with a bow tie on, it was adorable! He was very sociable and got everyone on the floor dancing. The lighting was beautiful and the speakers were set up perfectly in the small venue (not too much feedback). He worked very well with my wedding coordinator in keeping the flow of the reception and keeping everything on time.PhotographerJeffrey called a couple weeks before the wedding to introduce himself and go through the type of photos I wanted. I do not like staged photos, Im more of candid photos bride. He fully understood and was excited to catch people enjoying themselves at the wedding. He allowed me to give him a list of must have shots and then was very great at being independent and grabbing pictures as they came. One of my favorite pictures came randomly when I was twirling in my wedding dress and he wanted to capture it.VideographerTory had worked with our photographer in the past which made them an amazing duo at our wedding. They would bounce ideas off each other for better shots. He was incredibly nice. He surprised me by asking the entire bridal party to do interviews, and I cannot wait to see how those came out!PhotoboothThe only reason I docked a star on this review was because the photo booth was late to the reception. I actually never received any contact from the operator of the photo booth. My wedding coordinator had to take over with contacting her. I was disappointed that the photo sets were not the colors I had asked for (our wedding colors purple and gold) rather they were a fuchsia and red....Also as I understood I had requested that she walk around the reception and invite people to the photobooth but I never saw her leave that area. What photos we have are sweet but I felt let down with the final results overall. I would recommend that if you use them to make sure you get in contact and have everything ironed out beforehand.Other than that Complete was absolutely stunning in how they handled my wedding and the care they put into making the day great.

Complete serviced our wedding this past fall. It was a pleasure working with them! Everyone we worked with, from the managers to the hired photographer, DJ, and videographer, were consistently professional, courteous, & prompt. They were a large player in helping our wedding run as smoothly as it did!

We only used the video services for our daughter’s wedding but have booked 3 other services for a future date. Our videographer Meghin was very professional and helpful. She was quick to make things happen when asked and she had a very sweet personality. Meghin worked very hard to make our daughters day very special. We cannot wait to see the final video😊

We had a wonderful time at our reception, and so did our guests! Every time I looked over, the dance floor was full and songs I Love were playing. John is an incredible DJ, but it doesn’t stop there. He was considerate and attentive the entire night- from watching our arrival, asking if we needed anything, and moving the cake with my brother in law, he went above and beyond for us! Our photo booth attendant helped us create our unique guest book, set the photo booth up exactly where I wanted it, and helped us include the booth in all the fun. I would recommend them over and over for anyone else planning their big day.

I can’t say enough good things about our DJ, Chuck. He reached out a few days before to talk through everything with us and also made sure he had all of our music selections, some of which were not well known. He also seemed genuinely passionate about his job and was very attentive and helpful the day of. Every song he picked was perfect and kept our guests out on the dance floor until close. Music was such an important part of our day and everything was perfect.

Kyle, our DJ, was amazing leading up to and during our wedding reception! He was easy to work with, very helpful with special requests throughout the event and was very organized. He checked in with us periodically throughout the night to make sure we were happy and things were going as planned. We received numerous compliments throughout the night about the music selection and his professional services! We would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked! We also had a photo booth for our guests and it was a huge hit! Chloe, the photo booth attendant was great at keeping up with the high volume of people in and out, and making sure that everyone knew how to use it. She also do a great job with the photo book that we received immediately after the reception with all of the photos from that evening! We love it! Complete of Kentucky helped to make our reception a success for us and our guests!

Our DJ Michael was completely perfect! I think what I loved the most was how he took our music recommendations and effortlessly transitioned them to where each song was better than the last. He definitely kept the party going and played every request my guests wanted. I also specifically asked for no country to be played and he followed that request even when a guest requested a country line dance. He simply said Please run that by the bride. He for sure made my reception have the party atmosphere we envisioned.

We used Complete Events for our Wedding in October. We were beyond happy with the DJ. John called us and we went over music we liked. People were dancing all night! He was amazing! We also used their photographer, photo booth and u lighting and were satisfied with those services as well. Definitely recommend them.

We have used Complete Music services for 2 weddings now- mine and my sisters. Our DJ was John, and we have been extremely satisfied both times! Complete Music responds very quickly when booking with them and they have a very easy online event planner. John was extremely professional and outgoing, and had a great Playlist based on what we had requested. He was also very easy to work with during the event and helped tremendously with the flow of the reception! We definitely recommend Complete Music to all of our friends and family!

Wow, what a DJ!!! Seriously, my DJ was the best part of my wedding besides the actual ceremony itself. Isaac was proactive (calling me before), responsive (and I had a lot of detailed requests) and just an overall blast at the ceremony! Almost everyone commented on how cool/good the DJ was and one of our guests booked Isaac that night for her wedding. Also, I love the system that COMPLETE has to ask, garner and gain information before the event ensuring that detail will go unnoticed. It was all perfecto!!!

I chose Complete DJ service for our wedding and they were wonderful! They were super easy to work with and they kept me informed of what to expect during the entire planning process. Alicia was our dj and she rocked it!! She deserves 10 stars. Alicia understood the atmosphere we wanted to set and ran with it. I even had guests come up to me after cocktail hour to tell me that Alicia was walking around checking on our guests and taking requests! I was blown away and so happy to hear that. She also was always checking in with me throughout the entire night to make sure everything was going alright. She was perfect, and most importantly she got everyone on the dance floor with me. :) I highly, highly recommend complete for your events, they are very organized and want the best for you on your special day or event.

Our family used Complete Weddings + events for their music services for two different wedding receptions. Two friends of ours also used them for wedding receptions. The team is easy to work with and get a hold of and are very professional before, during, and after the event. They respond to your emails, calls, and questions timely and work with your vision for your wedding or give you ideas if you would like. Definitely would recommend them!

Todd Risher deserves a HUGE THANK YOU for making our wedding reception so fantastic! I hardly left the dance floor and attribute that to his choice in music - which fit our bill to a tee! Our meetings before the big day allowed us to outline exactly the flow of the reception and song preferences we had. On the big day, every song was fun and appropriately matching the occasion. I was impressed how often he came to check in on us, the bride and groom, to help the events flow, stick to the timeline (but still be flexible), make sure the evening was turning out the way we wished and that we were having a great time. It was nice of him to ask permission when people requested songs I hadnt originally included on the planning form. I also appreciated that he included the must-play songs. When they came on, I smiled even bigger knowing they were meaningful to more than just me. Overall, I was incredibly pleased with how well the evening went and thankful for all his contributions. Our meetings before the big day and our multiple emails back and forth as plans changed were greatly appreciated. He was so easy to work with, especially for someone planning a wedding from out of town. I feel lucky to have had him as a part of our big day and thankful for the recommendation for him from a friend. I have certainly passed that recommendation on already and will continue to do so. I liked that there was an online portal to be able to go through and add in details about the wedding and couple. I also liked that we could pay online. It was great that the DJ company contacted me 2 weeks before the wedding to hash out details. Alisha was my DJ and she contacted me before the wedding as well to make sure she was on the same page as me and coordinated with the wedding planner. She really paid attention. She ended the night on such a great note on the dance floor with everyone sending us off with a great message. Thank you!

We used Complete weddings for our DJ service and I was beyond impressed!! Our DJ was Bobby and he was absolutely amazing!! He talked to me the week before our wedding to feel out what kind of music we wanted played and at the reception itself he was incredibly attentive to us (the bride and groom), making sure we had the most fun! He kept things light and relaxing during dinner and was ready to turn up the party mode when our guests were ready to dance. Could not have asked for a better DJ than Bobby!!! Love the easy and quick setup and take down of the photo booth. Ranae was very friendly and professional. The prints were amazing and the screen interface was very clean and simple. This made our graduation party over the top!

Everything was awesome! Everyone was very organized, we got everything we wanted, and our guests were really impressed. We used the uplighting and DJ services. The uplighting looked great and the music flowed perfectly. There were things that I added at the last minute that still got done, including wanting jazz music to be played until the dance floor opened up. Bobby was very kind and helped things to go smoothly. He was very understanding when we needed to stop the music to take family photos and he made sure we stayed on schedule with all of our speeches/dances. He even came out to the dance floor to show us how to dance. We are so very pleased and will definitely be recommending Complete to anyone and everyone.

Isaac was terrific! He communicated any questions to me early then the day of the wedding he was everything I hoped for: fun, energetic, continued to check up with me. He was awesome. Also the planning forms helped out so much leading up to the event.

Our DJ Eric was phenomenal! He did and excellent job at our wedding and kept our guests entertained. We could not have asked for a more personable and lively individual!

The dj did a great job he was involved in the reception and got everyone dancing. He did everything I could have wanted on my wedding day. Would definitely recommend.

Let me preface this by saying that the manager, Eric, was very apologetic and attentive upon speaking with him after my wedding. I will never use this company again. The DJ was brand new, with a trainer whos only been there for four months. They did not introduce themselves to me, but had to be approached by myself and my wedding coordinator. They had no idea of a timeline or events to happen throughout the night. Matt and Stephen, the DJs, couldnt find my first dance song, but instead announced the first dance and myself and my husband stood there awkwardly. After a few minutes, I said we can skip that and start the buffet. Throughout the night they played songs over and over again, way too loud, and some extremely vulgar. Im not one to wince at a cuss word here and there but screaming the F word isnt appropriate for a wedding. Matt, the four month trainer, continually drank my guests alcohol, smoked outside, and appeared high as a kite when we initially began the wedding. Along with rude attitudes towards my guests and messing up my bridal entrance, this DJ company was the worst part of my wedding, unfortunately something I will always remember. After emailing the company The night of my wedding, Eric promptly called to make amends, but I had to haggle my refund when I shouldve never had to pay for, what couldve ultimately been a Spotify soundtrack.

Absolutely wonderful! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Made my wedding day everything I could dream of and more!

We are missing our pictures at sunset, we are missing our first dance(s) pictures, etc. Most of our reception photos are either missing or of poor quality. They may very well be good people, but their above and beyond reconciliation was raw video and $200 print credits. Could not be more complimentary of the DJ services we were provided but I cannot begin to explain our frustration, disappointment, really there arent words. I can only hope that our video makes up for all of this and maybe we can pull still shots from there but they are unable to pull still shots at their office so we will have to turn around and pay somebody else to do that I am sure. No wedding service is cheap, but to pay full price for 75% (at best) of a service is a tough pill to swallow. The manager told me he looked at the pictures and they were and I quote pretty good. I can promise you at the trade shows they dont sell you a pretty good return on your investment. The irony in the brand name, complete....

We had a BLAST!!! Our experience with Complete was personalized, professional, kind, and accommodating. I have already recommended to a friend who said she was going to book for her wedding!

We utilized the DJ service for our wedding. Our DJ and his trainee arrived on time, but that was about the only good thing. Songs for the ceremony were played out of order. The DJ got louder and more obnoxious as the night went on, only to find out him and his trainee had been hitting up our open bar throughout the night. We found out at the end of the night the venue staff kept catching them at the bar and telling them that it was not allowed.I spoke with the main contact Eric Leslie, and all he said was he was sorry and they were not supposed to be drinking. His apology was accepted but that doesnt change the fact that their drinks went onto my bill. The DJ drinking bills were not part of the contract. The least that could have been offered was a partial or full refund to help pay for their alcohol, but a very simple and plain apology was offered.Highly recommend NOBODY use this service in Louisville, KY.

Excellent experience with Complete. They were very professional and organized. HAd an excellent music selection and was able to keep the crowd going. Did an excellent job at our reception and the ceremony.

The photographer was kind and professional. She took candid and staged photos as well as requests from the wedding party. Highly recommend Complete Photography to capture the memories of your next event.

We had Isaac And iris at our wedding at yew dell gardens. I was nervous because the songs I had chosen for our ceremony were all from YouTube. Isaac contacted me the week of the wedding and we talked briefly about the style of our reception and how to send him the songs for our ceremony. I was nervous that he wouldnt be able to find the obscure titles from YouTube. I also requested last minute that our last song for our reception be from a local Kentucky band that my husband and I both like. Isaac made everything happen. He nailed it. We had the perfect ceremony and reception. I didnt realize the importance of the Dj until the day of our wedding. Iris I think ended up being an awesome bonus. I think I saw her taking video for people as we danced. they were above and beyond. Thanks guys!!

Our DJ and videographer were both personable, easygoing, and considerate. Everyone from complete worked very hard to make sure they understood our vision for the day and executed it flawlessly!

We completed the DJ manger profile 2 weeks prior to our wedding as they asked, but the DJ didnt know almost half of what we put in the profile when he contacted us. After I relayed all of the information to him again, he wasnt prepared the day of and missed several things we wanted to include. For example, the Pre-ceremony music wasnt played and he didnt know our entrance song. The DJ was nice, but didnt seem very engaging. When the best man asked to continue the toasts he was told he had to wait 5 minutes before he could have the mike after the father of the bride. All round just unorganized.

I couldnt have asked for better service a and better staff to be with us on our way. John,Eric and Porscha went above and beyond and would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for being a part of making our special day even more memorable.

DJ Services - 5/5 Stars. We used Completes DJ services (DJ Kyle Wood) for our wedding. He was absolutely wonderful. He knew exactly what he was doing and what we wanted, and turned it into a special night. Everyone complimented on how much fun it was, which was in large part due to Kyle.Over the course of the months/weeks/days leading up to the wedding, I received numerous emails/calls from people in the office. Many times these emails/calls were repetitive (I found myself repeating the same information over and over), which I found to be a little annoying and made me question how organized everything is. For this reason, I took away 1 star in the review.

I have always been impressed by Complete through many of my friends weddings/events, so when it came time to choose a DJ for our big day, it was a no-brainer! Bobby took great care of us and was a huge part in making everything run smooth!

Chuck did an excellent job at keeping to our timeline, making sure everyone was having a great time, and that we had everything we needed.

Our DJ, Bobby, & his trainee, Robert, were the best!! A few months before the wedding i had seen a couple of bad reviews & got worried because you don’t meet your DJ until a couple weeks before the wedding & i almost switched DJs. However, i am SO glad we stuck with them! When we arrived at the reception we could see from outside (we were out there taking pics) that our sweetheart table wasn’t set up correctly (which was completely my fault). Bobby rushed into action & saved the day by pulling out another table & getting it set up for us before we all made our entrance into the room... ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I told him that i wanted to get all of the “formalities” out of the way quickly so we could party & that’s exactly what he did. Kept us right on schedule & kept the dance floor packed all night. Towards the end we requested a song off the new Cardi B album & Robert ran out to the car to grab the connector so they could play it for us. Again, it would have been easy to just say they couldn’t get it, but they went above & beyond to meet our requests!

As a wedding coordinator, we love using Complete for our customers. Always very accommodating and easy to work with.

This company was awful. Booked for videography. (short version) The videographer hit on my one of my bridesmaids making her completely uncomfortable. He had to be told to pick up his camera to get the first dance. The day after the wedding the videographer texted me to get my bridesmaids phone number. Prior to booking I was told that I could use my first dance song for the highlight video. The owner called me on my honeymoon to tell me they couldnt use that song because of copyrights. I expressed how upset I was over the videographers unprofessionalism during the wedding and the owner proceeded to yell at me. After going back and forth with the owner (still during my honeymoon) over email, he said the only compensation is either a full refund and no video or no refund, the video and the raw footage. Awful customer service.I went with the raw footage and video. Turns out the videographer didnt even capture the vows. Instead of hearing the vows you can hear him mocking us. At the end of it all we got our highlight video back and my husbands very common name was misspelled. Not sure how this company is even still in business.

The DJ Diana was amazing and kept the party going and I loved everything about our reception because it went so smoothly.

Let me start by saying that our DJ Thomas was amazing he made our wedding reception so much fun that almost everyone danced until the very end!!! He had great ideas on how to keep the party alive for a long time! I’m am originally from Ukraine and we wanted to fit it at least one Ukrainian game in the wedding and he did an awesome job explaining it and he made it even more fun everyone is still talking about it! He did an amazing job interducing us and announcing everything that was going on he was very outgoing which is what we were looking for. A week before the wedding I was very stressed out becuse I am a control freak ;) and I talked to Thomas for a few hours about the plan for the day of and oh my gosh he had great ideas to pitch in and also after talking to him I was just excited for the day of! I have no words for how wonderful Thomas is! For our videographer Ronnie also am very excited he was part of our big day he worked very well with our photographers which is hard to do to stay out of each other’s way and he was so sweet and he knew what shots were important at our big day he made sure to ask questions and listen and I just loved them both complete weddings is so lucky to have a crew like that we are so thankful for Ronnie and Thomas I would most deffinatly recomend them and use them again for any big events thank you BOTH so very much and thank you complete weddings for knowing who to hire! I can’t rave enough about them but I will end it with our wedding would not be what is was with out your help the video takes a little while to be made but I will come back and let everyone know how amazing I’m sure the video will be!!! This Is the worst DJ I have ever experienced in my entire life. The dj didn’t know the couples name, wasn’t prepared on time, shuffled a Michael Buble cd for the first two hours and waited till the event was over to put in music for the groom and mother of the bride.

I couldnt be happier with my experience with Complete weddings. I used them for Dj services only, but if I had found them sooner I would have most likely used them for much more. Thomas was my Dj and he exceeded my expectations!!!! If I ever need a dj again I will be using you all and I highly recommend you all. I loved the online account that I could login to and make changes to and payments to at any time. Great experience. Thanks complete and Thomas for making my wedding that much more special.
