I failed to cancel my membership due to YOU not returning my phone calls for 2 straight months then sending me to collections and lying to me over the phone. So people please be aware! Those reviews are from real people who have been to the club who are very aware of my situation! Again sir....karma comes around. Blessings to you and your dishonest, narcissistic ways!

The first shift worker always comes in late and fails to unlock door for members during business hours. They also charged me after I canceled my membership. How ever the Equipment is up to date and nice.

Very shady gym when it comes to payments and fees. I signed up less than a week ago with my wife and we decided the gym is too small for us. We went to cancel and were informed that we are going to be charged for another month since it was their policy, nobody informed me of this. I even asked during the sign up process and was told there was nothing you needed to pay when canceling or nothing about an additional month. Also they lie about their pricing when you sign up, was supposed to pay $45 according to their price sheet, instead paid over $70. Instead of just saying you can have your refund and you won’t get charged anything additional since you were here less than a week, they like to complicate things and try and rip you off. I really hope the owner contacts me with a solution. If this does not get resolved i will let everyone i know about my horrible experience. Please don’t waste your time or money here, it’s not worth it !

They dont have their tanning beds available half the time. Workout anytime tan half the time.

Hate to do this to you guys because I actually liked working out there but Im extremely irritated with the fact that no one will contact me back. Just know if you move and want to cancel your membership youll have to pay a fee to stop the charges because they never pick up their phone. Ive been trying to contact this location since the end of March with no luck. Called the 1800 number and they tried to contact the club with no luck. Come on guys...I know you have workers there certain hours of the day. Now I had to pay more money to stop this. Thanks!

I loved working out at this gym. It was small, clean, and friendly. I did not feel intimidated and the staff was always happy to help. I loved that they knew my name the first week and that made me feel like part of the community.

Wicked cool people. simple facility with everything you need. hooked me up while I was in town for a few days.

Has everything you need for a good workout. Brennan gave me a tour and had me signed up in less than 30 minutes. 24/7, great equipment, and helpful staff. What else do you need in a gym?

Newer facility with all new equipment that is very nice. People who workout there and the staff are all very friendly. The gym, when crowded, feels a bit cramped because the equipment is placed closely together. They also have hydro bed massagers and a couple of tanning beds. Seems very family oriented.

Very clean, new equipment and friendly staff. The place is small or seemed that way due to the amount of and/or placement of equipment. We will keep looking for a gym that more closely suits our needs. Only reason we wont be signing up at this gym is the claustrophobia I felt during our 1 day free trial. Just wasnt for us. Might be fine for others.

Walked in, had a membership in 5 minutes and was able to finish my workout. I will definitely support this gym 100%.

I have been a member of Workout Anytime Hillview since March 2020. As a lifelong Louisville resident, I have been in the majority of gyms, throughout the city. I must say Workout Anytime Hillview is a top shelf facility, and is very attentive to member needs. So many times, folks feel intimidated to join, or even come as a guest. This staff does an incredible job making all members, and guests feel welcome. We all have goals in mind as we come to a facility. And the biggest goal is to feel better. The staff is very committed to helping ALL achieve their goals- whatever they may be. Do yourself a favor, and check it out. You’ll be glad you did.Steve Adams-

By far the best gym my husband and I have been to. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We used a personal trainer and have lost more weight than ever before. All the members are friendly as well. I feel at home here.

The GM Brennan runs a fantastic facility at Workout Anytime Hillview. The gym staff are very helpful and friendly while keeping the cleanliness at a high level. The atmosphere is great!

I may be a little bias but this is best gym around in my opinion. Convenient location, a new facility, and very clean. Enough weights to supply all patrons at the gym. Come check them out!!

The best commercial gym out there Planet Fitness wont even let you deadlift. Best staff out there; theyre amazing very motivational and filled with informative.

Worked out there for the first time today. Had a great workout. The employees and people exercising were all very respectful to each other. Can’t wait to go back tomorrow.

Great....I just move back to Louisville from Jeffersonville, IN and I enjoyed the experience. Although I go at night to workout I love the atmosphere an the TVs were closer to you to see and hear...it was very clean and the equipment was great!!!
