Great gym. Great instructors. Clean.

This is a small gym. I give it a 5 because for its size it is very well equipped. Peak hours do get crowded but thats at any gym. Off peak its quiet and you can get in a great workout.

Had known the owners before becoming a member. A great neighborhood gym with a very friendly and helpful staff who also offer personal training. All the equipment you could want, but no classes.
