I wish 0 stars was an option. The hostess and salespersons working the afternoon of 8/7/21 were rude and dismissive when I visited the store and asked for assistance. Needless to say, they were falling over themselves to ensure “other” customers were well accommodated and taken care of. I would never spend a dime in this store. And, I have a lot of dimes to spend.
Im extremely angry at Porcelanosa! Do NOT buy their products. I purchased over $50k worth of large format tiles for 2 commercial projects and have cracks everywhere- started seeing less than 1 months after install. Everything was installed per their instructions and even had their employee/sales rep come to the site to check my installers work. The company wasted a lot of my time and after months of correspondence sent me a bogus report saying how it was handled and installed incorrectly. I forwarded texts/proof of the work performed and correspondence between their employee Ansar(who is no longer there) confirming the quality and method was proper and now they come back saying they are not going to help to resolve this! Totally horrible experience and I am an architect and will NEVER specify their product ever again. The reason why I chose Porcelanosa over other products and paid 2-3 times more was expecting the opposite of what I experienced. The company is going downhill and terrible. I will be filing a report to the better business bureau of the inferior product and horrible customer service.
As a designer this is one of my go to show rooms for beautiful tile. They are extremely accommodating and have wonderful products.
This place has terrific inventory but salespeople leave a lot to be desired. We are in the process of remodeling a home in Villanova and after numerous appointment visits to the store the saleswoman never followed up so that we can place an order.Here’s a scenario we recently experienced,came in, chose tile and vanities for 2 bathrooms, saleswoman took notes as computer system was down and said I will call you tomorrow to finalize.3 days later no call, no email, nada!!! This was our experience with them for over 3 months now. We come in, pick stuff out, no one follows up, no sale!!We tried calling in only to leave a message that was unanswered!!I’m not sure why they have a showroom when they’re clearly not interested in your business!VERY FRUSTRATING BUT I WILL FIND A FRIENDLY BUSINESS TO GIVE MY $ TO, GUARANTEED!
Bought tile and was told we could return any unused tile to the store. Was told that they do not accept returns. I guess they should read there return policy which states 45 days from sale date. Not sure why anyone who is working in retail needs to be rude and bothered by a returning customer who actually has spent money on their products. BUYER BEWARE
The products are beautifully designed and the showroom is fancy, but the customer service is seriously lacking and the staff does not know their own product or get you the right answers. Getting the correct specs on the product should not be so difficult! Nor should be recommending a product that meets my description. I feel like I am doing all the leg work for the salesperson. This is not my first interaction with them and the same issues continue through different staff. Its a shame because I really WANT to use their products but as a designer, good customer service is a must. I expect more from a showroom that wants to be high end!

My search led me to Porcelanosa King of Prussia, where I met Alicia Lister.She was vibrant, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable and provided great guidance in helping me to assess & satisfy my clients unique needs.Alicias excellent service won me over and I recommend her highly. Had fantastic service from consultant Ansar today. We were walk in customers, and he’ spent an hour with us, asking questions and getting an understanding of our project. He has exceptional knowledge and experience and made some helpful recommendations.The products seem very high quality, although we have not yet made a purchase, we will probably go with them.
My boyfriend and I visited this store a few weeks ago as we were remodeling two bathrooms. Compared to the several other lower-scale showrooms that we visited that day, the customer service here sucks. We felt like no one wanted to help us while other places didnt want to leave us alone. No one said hello or did any customer engaging. It appeared to be appointment oriented HOWEVER I dont find it acceptable to walk by potential customers without so much of eye contact and a smile. Felt invisible. Everyone was wearing business/business casual clothing -- maybe the casual/working clothing that we were wearing made people think we were only looking around when we were in fact shopping and ready to drop serious $$$ on anything we wanted. But no one there would have known that because lack of engagement. Show up in a BMW and a suit to get service. I only gave this place a second star because we very much liked what the showroom offered. Modern designs, high end quality and solid.
This shop deserves a zero star rating. There is no such thing as customer service with Porcelanosa.First, they delivered my mom s bathroom tiles and shower door to the wrong place.Secondly, when the items finally arrived a week later there were some parts missing. I reported it to the sales rep who put in an order for the replacement parts. They gave us the run around for almost 2 months without any solution.Thirdly, I returned the shower door for a full refund and the manager DID NOT even apologize for the inconvenience.They clearly do not value my business so I will never step foot in this shop again. BUYER BEWARE!
I loved their showroom layout. They have an extensive array to compare to multiple color and scheme specs etc. The shop was busy due to a sale and full with customers however I was offered assistance several times along with prepared latte. There def is no pushy buy tactics though consumers may benefit from a sale every now and then. If you’re looking for quality, you found the right place.
Hopefully business with this kind of customer service level will cease to exist if consumers will exclude them and based on these reviews and others bad experience.In my experience, after purchasing $4000 worth of 47x47 wall porcelain tile from the KOP show room, the salesman mention that I can bring back whatever we didnt use. So this is exactly what I did.Same day I planned on returning the tiles, I call the KOP store and was informed that I can bring the tile back to the store and return them at the small loading dock they have in the back.Arrived at the store to meed Angela (only employee in the store) that was busy cleaning her Beetle in the parking lot.While in the store she manage to come in and ask me whats the purpose of my visit.I responded that Im there to return some tiles and she replied with Im not taking them and walked out on me back to her car.Seriously!!!I walk the store to look for another representative and realized that she is the only one in there.On her return to the sore she goes again Im not taking themregardless of how many times I requested to be heard the only thing came out of her mouth was Im not taking them and no Im not listening since it DOES NOT MATTER. Im not taking them.Some people are far from being capable to understand the basics of customer / merchant relationship and what makes is worst is companies like Porcelanosa hiring this type of people.Now its your choice if you decide to walk into that store.
The worst place I have ever worked with or visited. The problem is not their selection, it is their staff, lack of professionalism and honesty that has me running out the door.I went to get samples for a client and a desk girl told me off saying I cant have them, even after the manager aporved.. her aggression got so bad she practically threatened me with violence... very combative... it was very unsafe and It was beyond hostile and nothing close to professional.I also had them steal two clients of mine right out from under me. I sent each client there to look at samples I picked out.. the salesperson then sold them another item and said I was not due my commission because they didnt buy what I picked out for them. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I wud never work with them again.
UPDATE:Spoke with the store manager Hector about the appointment issue. He is very nice, efficient and helpful. Not only he set up an appointment for me, but also he personally guaranteed that should anything happen he would help me himself. I should also note that he was very helpful in dealing with the aftermath of my previous bath remodel order as well. Two additional stars for Hector.Original comment: I did a bathroom in 2014 and yes there were so many hiccups in the order that I could not begin to count. Heres just one example: my vanity was first never ordered; then over one month after the original scheduled delivery date, a wrong sink was delivered. During that time, two consultants left the store and I had to explain my situation over and over again. But I do love their products. The bathroom looks beautiful once completed. Two weeks ago we discovered a leaky pipe at home, which led to two other baths having to be knocked out and redone. I bit my tongue and went to Porcelanosa again. Given the urgency of the situation I will have to buy my new vanity in one afternoon, after the demo would be completed (thats when I know the exact measurement since no one can see into walls) and before the plumber would come to work the next morning. I asked the shop today to set up this important appointment for me for next week. Guess what? I was told NO ONE WOULD BE AVAILABLE at that time frame. Apparently they really dont need the business!
Tracy is a fantastic consultant! Over a year and a half, she has helped us through a major kitchen renovation, 2 half-bath renovations, shower, and now a major master bath renovation. She constantly makes herself available to help and her advice is spot on. It has truly been a pleasure working with her and its apparent that she cares deeply about her job and her clients. The Porcelanosa products have been of the highest quality and we have had no regrets.We couldnt ask for more and we keep finding new things to get Tracys help with.
We have been working with the staff at Porcelanosa for over a year and a half and could not be more pleased with the level of customer care that we have received. We started our remodel journey in February of 2018 with our kitchen cabinets and have since returned for Krion countertops and tile for two of our bathrooms. The service we have received from Angela as our design coordinator, Francesca as our kitchen designer and Hector who is the general manager of the store has simply been wonderful. We would recommend Porcelanosa to anyone looking for high quality, elegant and beautiful products.Other reviewers have stated that they felt as if they were judged by their appearance when walking into the store and I have to say that sentiment most likely reflects the reviewer and not the staff that we have been working with. I have visited the store numerous times and in various states of dress, from stopping by on our way to dinner to stopping in in the middle of the day in my workout clothes and I have never been treated differently or in any manner that suggests that I have or am being judged based on my appearance. The showroom is beautiful, tasteful and elegant and gives you a very good idea of the design style behind Porcelanosas brand and the staff is not overly pushy and lets you wander around before they approach you.Ill start by describing the kitchen and the process there. The cabinet style that is offered is very contemporary sleek and modern. This is exactly what we wanted and were unable to find in ANY other store that we had visited. Francesca was attentive to our desires for the overall look and functionality of our kitchen cabinetry and worked with us to make it fit within our budget. Also they are designed and customized and fabricated in Spain. This adds time to the project which can be frustrating but in the end it is so very worth it.Our countertops are Krion which is a manufactured material that is very customizable and comes in the whitest purest most beautiful matte finish that we just could not find any where else. Angela was so helpful in getting this organized for us and we are very happy with our countertops.The tile choices are simply gorgeous and again Angela helped us choose designs and colors that we might not have thought of on our own and we could not be happier with the finished product. The prices were very much in line with what we had seen for tile that was comparable in quality.Give them a chance, go see what they can do for you and make sure to ask for Angela or Francesca!!!
Buyer Beware!!!!! All I can say is wow! My ENTIRE order was messed up. They tried to charge me full price for sale items, added additional items to my order without consulting me, and added square feet to me tile order because they thought I should have extra just in case. Then they added an extra 10% to ship my small order because their warehouse is in NJ and shipping to the customer is easier than making it available at the store. Who does that? Thats the cost of doing business! Incompetent staff and a Total rip off!!!!

I visited the store last week and no one said a word. I was there for at least 15 minutes. I guess they dont need my business.
The consultant in this store are very unprofessional. I have placed an order for a tile after they told me it was in stock. They set up my delivery and said they would email me my order details. I never received my order details. When I called to check for my delivery, I was told they would email the details to me when they get it at the end of the day. I never received that email. My delivery never happened. When I called, they told me that the tile was not in stock and was never set up for delivery. They couldnt see that when I called to check on my delivery?! I said that the consultant told me that it was in stock and that was why I placed the order. Then they told me, oh, I can set up delivery for Friday, but a second ago I was told the tile was not in stock!! So I asked them to cancel my order and I was again given the run around. No, I can not cancel your order, I have to find your sales, I can only give her your message and she will have to call you in the morning I never received that call and have to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. UNBELIEVABLE!! I understand one can make a mistake, but not like this and not these many mistakes!!
Not sure how a showroom this nice/expensive can be paired with such poor customer service, youd find better employees going to Lowes

Not a good customer service. While we were there, no one offered to help. Not even a hello. After 10 min or so, we just left as we felt alone and being ignored.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, was in and selected tile for a major renovation then nothing. The design consultant said she had a funeral Sunday, we would have a quote and could order Monday. When I called Tuesday, she said she had a funeral and was out Monday. APPEARS creepy and pathetic excuse was to avoid the customer service aspect of her job. My experience matches every other negative here.
