Not a fan of the high pressure sales technique that Leaf Guard uses. I simply wanted measurement and a quote via my contractor. Leaf Guard would not work directly with my contractor - home owners only. Prior to my renovation I requested a quote, but was told a quote could not be offered until my renovation project was further along. Therefore, I had no idea how to budget for it, which is necessary for a loan. When I was further along in the renovation I did call Leaf Guard back for a quote. I am a private person and was not interested in the sales-y small talk about my husband, kids, or dogs. I especially was not interested in hearing perspective on the COVID-19 vaccination. After 1.5 hours I was informed the gutter addition would be $9k vs $1k for K-guard. I do have a current Leaf Guard system on my home, which according to the representative is guaranteed for life, yet she couldn’t say for sure the fading was covered on the old spouts, but would be on the new spouts.

I had made an appointment through the Louisville location for an estimate to be done today at 4 p.m.No one showed up. I called the Louisville number.The man said he saw my appointment on the schedule and the people who were to come here would call me right away.This was 3 hours ago. No phone call!

The installation team here is the best of the best. Courteous, professional, and extremely good at what they do.

Ridiculously overpriced. Do not accept initial pricing! Call the company for repairs or problems regardless of what the install guy says.
