Mike was responsive and showed up on time of appointment. I was concerned that I needed new everything, but after evaluating my gutters, he found that I only required a cleaning and some alignment/reinforcement. Mike completed everything promptly while he was there (and while it poured rain, too). He also had referrals on-hand for more involved work, should replacements become necessary down the road. We called to get an estimate for gutter cleaning and gutter guards on a home we had recently purchased. We scheduled the work one week later and he was responsive, courteous and prompt. No one was home while he did the work and he texted us later to say he was refunding a huge portion of our money because the front gutters already had guards installed. The guy was very nice he came all the way out to my house and was gonna start work but we have gutter guards which we did not know. We felt so bad and tried to offer some money for his time and travel but he would not take it and was very nice and courteous to my wife and while he didnt do any work we appreciate how he handled it. Michael with Flo-Rite Gutter Service was amazing! When he gave his quote, he was thorough and honest. Very fairly priced, about middle of the pack of the 5 quotes I got. Has a sense of trust, not trying to up sell or pressure me into using his service. Was very prompt on the day he came to clean. Efficient, got in and out in about 45-60 minutes. Removed all the debris (stupid helicopters) and said he would have his daughter schedule me for a fall date. Easy to work with, highly recommend! We will be using him exclusively and recommending to everyone!

Michael is a professional, uniformed, and in a truck with company signage. He repaired a run of downspouts on the 3rd floor of my 130-year-old Victorian for 90 minutes in a moderate rain! In that time he diagnosed and fixed at least three different problem areas, which had gone unattended for more than a decade. He was patient and courteous. His service fee was more than reasonable. We hired Michael to do some gutter work and clean the downspouts and gutters. We could not be more pleased with both jobs! He responds promptly to your calls/texts, he is professional but so nice, gave us a good fair estimate and arrived on time and worked so hard on both jobs. I have to say, my gutters and downspouts and the vinyl siding the connects them look AMAZING! He scrubbed every inch and it made such a huge difference in the outside of our house.I just can not recommend him enough!Another thing I will add - he is very honest. We have never had our gutters cleaned out but we don’t have trees close to our house so I didn’t really know if we needed them cleaned. Realizing that I hadnt had my gutters cleaned in a while I was looking for a small business to do the work. Mike was on time, quoted me for doing my house and did the work the same day (in 90+ degree heat). He was professional and did a quality job. This is the second time I have used Flo-Rite Gutter Service. I also had them clean out the gutters of my rental properties. Because they had cleaned my gutters earlier in the year, the gutters were not in such bad shape (not overflowing or actively growing trees this time, lol!).Just like last time, Michael was on time and left zero mess- I like that. Bonus: when he cleaned the gutters he also inspected the roof, so I was able to find out about soft spots and loose shingles.My home has a very steep roof. No one has really wanted to deal with the gutters before for this reason. But Michael had no problem doing so.I plan to use Flo- Rite Gutter Service twice a year to keep my home and properties maintained.
