Home Run Improvement completely transformed my 13-year old wooden deck into a beautiful, classy, composite deck. And I was very pleased with the service that I received. Kevin (the owner) and John (the builder) were both great to work with. Kevin responded quickly to my request for a quote, and his price was far better than the other two quotes Id had. As soon as the materials arrived, John was here to get the work done. And he put in long, hot days until the work was completed. Both Kevin and John were very responsive to questions and concerns. It was obvious that they both wanted me to be completely satisfied, and I couldnt be happier.

My husband and I were thrilled with the quality of service we got from the Home Run Improvement contractors when we needed to remedy the gutter issues we had had for several years, after unsuccessful repairs that were done by other contractors that we worked with. Pat McIntyre, who we are still in touch with working out the details of a bigger home improvement project, has been everything we have hoped for in terms of professionalism, attentiveness, timeliness, and exceptional service overall! He carefully listened to us and made several suggestions for us to consider, gave us plenty of time and space to make up our minds, and when the time came to take care of the problem that we had with our gutter system, the job was completed on time, fast, and with amazing quality. I dont know why the contractors that we worked with before could not deliver what Home Run Improvement guys did, but I dont care anymore because I am pretty sure that from now on Pat is on my speed dial when we need things done on our house! At the advice of another satisfied customer, we asked Home Run Improvement to upgrade our gutters and downspouts, replace a rotted section of our soffit, and mount four shutters that had been missing. We went with a different color (black) and when all work was completed, wow, what a great improvement! Kevin and his crew were friendly, professional, and quick. The owner (Kevin McIntyre) arrived on time, but he was the rudest professional Ive ever met. He didnt listen to what we needed and he talked over me. When he talked about the job, he was abrasive, used field-specific jargon that no one outside the industry would know, and he didnt like being asked questions. I wasnt sure if he knew what we were looking to have done and I wasnt sure what he was recommending.One of my other gutter estimate appointments showed up early, so they ran into each other, and Kevin criticized us for getting more than one quote. He said it was a waste of everyones time. We couldnt believe his attitude!I will say that his pricing for the job was average. However, he was abrasive and downright rude. We chose to go with a different company simply because of his behavior. We dont want to work with someone who treats customers that way.

We had sliding doors and siding installed. Home Run Improvement was incredibly disappointing. Let me name a few things that bothered me. 1) Never on time... Specifically gave time ranges for them to come because I work at home now, never came within the specified time. 2) Never communicated to say when they were coming...or werent coming. Sometimes they just wouldnt show up. 3) Upon arriving they never knocked on my door to let me know they were here. They welcomed themselves onto my property, opening my back gate and even found an unlocked door and let themselves into my house without asking! We asked them not to do this... Continued to let themselves into the back gate anyway without letting me know they were here. 4) The quality of work is very poor. Zero care in performance. They had to come back to redo things multiple times and when an issue came up they didnt want to deal with said we had to call the manufacturer...WE have to call them??? Isnt that what a general contractor is for?!? 5) Needed electrical work done, again WE had to call them and set up an appt. Oh and remember we have a contract they said, so if you cant get the work done in time well have to charge you for holding us up. Again, Ive never heard of a general contractor that makes the costumer set up appts. Thats literally their job. 6) The electrician they recommended never showed up the day he said he was coming. He came two days later after we paid someone else to do the job. Thank goodness we did. I cant imagine the pain that would have caused me had I used that guy. 7) Zero clean up was done. Dirt and mud was left inside my house. Dozens of nails were left outside. 8) There are dents in my brand new metal sliding doors 9) There are nails in the middle of my wood trim on the inside of my house that split the wood! Im glad I was planning on having these replaced anyways... But they didnt know that. 10) The caulking isnt level and was not smoothed out in several places...I mean wow. I could go on. It takes a lot to really upset me, but congratulations guys, you have reached my breaking point. I dont want this company back for anything. I have no idea how the reviews are so decent. I know I trusted them, and I shouldnt have. If you want a company that will pay attention to detail, and dont want to have to learn how to do the job yourself, go somewhere else. Beware of Home Run Improvement!

Kevin is very honest and patient. He answered every question in detail.He helped us choose the color of the shingle .He sent us the photos of changing the roof. They are very busy, but they still change my roof before the rainy season. His quote is not the lowest, but it is reasonable and fair. We decided to use their service because they have good customer feedback and have a 10-year craftsmanship warranty.We are very satisfied with their service. They repaired storm damage to the siding on my home, and made repairs/installed siding on the garage. The quote was fair, the craftmanship was quite nice - they even handled a tricky attic door, which didnt have an easy solution, but turned out nicely. The work teams showed up on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up when the work was completed. Im very satisfied. (The work was done several months ago, and we have had storms since then with heavy winds - the siding has held up well.)

We have had Home Run Improvement replace siding, gutters and a garage roof. The process went very well. We had a quick meeting to get a quote and then work completed in a few weeks. They showed up on time and communicated with us well through the project. The work looks great.

Pat and team replaced 5 inch gutters and downspouts with 6 inch given the roof area we had. The old gutters were overworked in heavy rain. They also replaced siding trim boards and re-wrapped in aluminum matching the decorative bends we had in the old siding trim. They made quick work of the project in 2 days.

Owner came out to give an estimate for building a covered roof over my front porch. He seemed excited and was giving ideas and I was looking forawrd to his quote. 2 weeks went by and I figured that was enough time so on a Thursday I texted and asked if the estimate was ready. He responded that he was sorry for the delay and he would have it by Monday. So at this point I kinda of thought he totally forgot about it. Monday came and went and now its a week past that and never heard back. Surprising since the company had a lot of great reviews.

I had a pretty extensive exterior renovation that was needed on an older home. It originally had wood siding. I had paint peeling, some rotten wood and a roof that had a sag in it from a previous poor construction job. I also had a screened in porch that was literally rotting to the ground. Home Run Improvement did the total exterior renovation. They demolished the porch. They ripped off part of the sagging roof and built a brand new roof with joists, trusses, plywood, sheeting and shingles. They replaced the remaining good parts of the roof with matching shingles. They wrapped the house in Styrofoam insulation before installing the vinyl siding. I got new facias, soffits, gutter boards, gutters, porch pillars and trim coil around doors and windows. They installed new light fixtures and shutters as well. They also did some interior drywall and electrical work. They hauled 3 dumpsters full of debris away. What was once an eyesore literally looks like a brand new house. The job took them a little less than a month and it turned out great. I would recommend Home Run Improvement to anyone who needs some exterior work done.
