I had a kitchen table delivered last November. The driver backed a huge box truck up my driveway which I thought was odd since there is plenty of parking on the street in my subdivision. I was busy with an LG&E serviceman in the basement making sure a new part they had installed to my outside line was working appropriately inside.We heard some very loud and strange noises and when I came back upstairs this driver had decided to drag the boxed up table up the concrete on my porch, in the door, and across my brand new floor, which it scratched in multiple places, the new weatherstripping, and the finish off of my new storm door handle. Leaves, dirt and debris were all across the floor.When I confronted the driver about the damage he apologized and said well I dont really know what can be done about it, sign here. I reported the damage to this persons supervisor and he stated the driver would be approached about the situation, gave me his phone number, and encouraged me to send the pictures of the damage to him as well as the phone number for my flooring company who had just installed the laminate the week before and that they would make it right. I never heard back from this manager and had tried to contact them a couple of times within the month following the incident.It would have cost me almost $500 to get the scratched, new laminate floor pieces replaced and a new, new weatherstrip and new, new door handle replaced. VERY poor delivering standards. I always make sure nothing is coming through CEVA when I order online now due to their terrible care of personal property and inability of drivers to prepare to deliver large items. A moving blanket would have allowed him to slide the item without damage, or waiting and asking for help moving the box he clearly could not handle himself.If you notice an item is to be delivered through them, I encourage you to contact the company you purchased from and change the delivering company as soon as possible!

Unsafe work environment. Management was not concerned when I informed them about it! When I informed them that I did not feel safe with the other employees operational habits of the stand-up forklifts I was dismissed without hesitation suggesting that the company puts profits above safety! UNSAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT

My delivery was prompt, and 30 minutes from when called - AZIZ, was very professional and helpful with the delivery and helping to open the large box - AZIZ is a credit to CEVA and the USA.
