Have always had nothing but tremendous service from this location but they earned even more respect in their handling of the pandemic. While many of us were staying home, they continued to show up to meet our needs. They were faithful to all state restrictions for the protection of the customers.The staff there is excellent and always give each person the attention they deserve even when extremely busy. We are fortunate to have them in the neighborhood.

Owner was extremely rude the two times I interacted with her. I had two packages that needed to be picked up, with another arriving on Tuesday and I was unable to get them on Saturday and Monday, so I went in on Tuesday and picked up two of the three. Come to find out, the owner refused to accept my third package because she “was mad that I didn’t get the other two,” therefore making me have to reorder my package for the third time. There was only one call made about my packages and it was at 8 am on a Saturday. Definitely will be going to a different UPS Store.

This has been my neighborhood UPS Store for 8 years, and I honestly hate to think how much more complicated my life would be if not for them.The store is conveniently located, with easy access parking, and the staff there are always friendly and helpful.Ive used their notary services, printing, scanning, packaging, and shipping multiple times over the years, and have never had anything other than a 5 star experience.

This UPS has the worst customer service. The employees dont know what their doing, and are rude. This morning I was there to ship 2 return items back to Amazon. One she took there was no problems, the second was the problem. When the lable came up from Amazon, she said it couldnt be used because it the when she scanned the code it was for Khols, so the item had to be taken back to the store, she couldnt use that lable. I called Amazon from the parking lot, explained the problem, they sent another lable. I went back into the store, she wouldnt take it, because it was the same label. When I called Amazon again, they said I needed to talk to the manager because they didnt understand the problem with the lable. I went back into the store, mind you, only 4 people can be in the store at a time, so Im standing outside each time, waiting for a long time. The 3rd time in, I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, so I told her Amazon doesnt know what the problem is, thats the lable, she then claimed I never showed any lable. At this point yes Im mad, her incompetence was taking up a lot of time. Another employee, starts yelling at me, saying I needed to my package and leave. The lable was printed, the package sent, but it took me almost an 45 minutes. To deny she saw any lable, was ridiculous, when she saw 2 lables and refused them, ended up that same lable was used. I will never go back to that or any other UPS Store, what happened this morning was just complete incompetents, stupidity on the managers part, who also tried to lie her way out of everything, the other employee was just rude, like the rest of them. The FedEx on 4th Street doesnt treat their customers like that, and they know what their doing, everything goes smoothly their. My suggestion, never use this store. Nothing good to say, and after this morning, never again. If dont who I could contact to make a complant, especially since it was the manager who pulling this stunt, but I would. Both employees was inexcusable, and rude. Because of them, I will never use any UPS Store.

Wont come here again. I previously had very positive experiences at this business and had even switched to using it for all shipping needs (even non UPS) because of the ease and willingness to help of the employees. Today I was told it was store policy to pay 2$ to print a prepaid shipping label and also store policy that you cant charge under 3$ on a card so I must purchase something else to get above the cost of the label. When I asked why the sudden change in policy (I have shipped here weekly and interacted with several employees without paying for the cost of the label) the representative indicated she was the owner of store and thats just the way it is. She was very rude and a policy that makes you pay additional money for a prepaid lable is simply preposterous. I will be taking my personal and company shipping elsewhere and encourage others too as well. Dont get ripped off.

Needed some printing done for a birthday party and I contacted this store for pricing. I started out via email and the associate was very clear about the prices which I found reasonable so I told them I would be placing the order. When I called to give my payment over the phone, the total given to me was $65 more than the quote I was given over email. I wasn’t given an explanation on the difference and ended up being left on hold for over 7 minutes. Ended up not placing the order once I found another UPS store that was charging $50 less than this store for the exact same thing.

DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THESE BULLYS!!!! 11 days ago I sent my personal belongings through the Ups Store on east broadway in Louisville, Ky because I was relocating to Colorado. Before paying them to ship my items, I asked specifically would the delivery person call me if I requested so and would I recieve some type of notification when my package arrives. The lady said yes... I then gave her the address in which I was moving, correctly, then they printed off something and simply said sign here. When I asked what it was they said a copy of the receipt. I signed then paid. When they attempted to deliver my package on tuesday 11/20/18 but the UPS Store left the apartment number off of my label and I never recieved the call or email/text notification she said I would get. Upon calling them to see where my package was, they told me that my package was being shipped back to Louisville because of a shipping error... So I called the UPS hub here in Englewood, Co and Robin, the hub supervisor, told me that tge clerk in the hub should have attempted to call me before returning the package. She said she would would an intercept on my package and have it sent back here by 11/26/2018. I recieved an email around 9am that monday morning and it stated that my package had been returned to the ups store in Louisville anyways. So I call UPS store corporate to see about getting a refund on the $130 I paid them and thwy told me that because an attempt was made to deliver my package that I cant get my mpnwy back. I then explained that the error wasnt my fault. They did nit seem to care. They then told me that if I were to get a refund that I would have to talk to the store. When I called the store I started off by letting the lady who answered the phone that I was very upset about the service I recieved for the price I paid and she told me that I had an attitude and needed to fix it or shell hang up on me. I told her shes in customer service and its her job to try to help resolve my issue, then she hung up on me. Every time I called after she hung up. After speaking to the UPS Store corporate office again, I found out the owner if the store was the one hanging up on me... So now I dont have my package and theyre refusing to give me my refund.

I always get the best and fastest service here! Never have trouble finding parking either. Its super convenient.When I was struggling to return a very large, bulky item (large shelf), the owner let me use their cart and even helped me tape the box back together even while they were busy.I will continue to use this location.

Ive had a mail box at the store for about a year. It has been a fantastic experience and by far the finest UPS store Ive ever visited. Debbie and the other Girls are always smiling and personable. They are always helpful and extremely friendly. The facility is always clean and organized. Id happily recommend everyone in Louisville use this team for all there packing and shipping needs.

The ladies at this store always go above and beyond for me. This UPS store is not the closest one to me but none of the other locations take care of me like they do! They are always on top of it, super nice, and fast and they go out of their way to remember returning customers and make them feel like they are appreciated! Love this store!!

These people are a complete scam. They want to sell you things. I was returning something and she made me buy a small envelope for 6$ when they had a bigger box for 1.99$. She also made me pay to print the shipping label which was 2$ dollars. For one sheet of paper with a shipping label. The instructions were to literally to take it to them and show the app and they were supposed to print the shipping label and box the item. They make you pay for all of that even though they get compensated by amazon. They will nickel and dime you. It’s supposed to be free returns so why are you charging me. I need to speak with amazon about these scammers and ask them not to use ups. The obese lady at the counter will not even listen to you if you try to show her the amazon app. She says nope I still have to charge you. It’s not fair that they charge you even though amazon compensates them for it. I will call corporate ups on these scammers. Don’t go here.

The Owner (Debbie) and her Manager (Brandie) are both prompt and courteous and provide the best (most cost effective) solutions for packing and shipping to assist the customer. Ive been a customer since Debbie (and her sister) assumed the store several years ago and intend remain so.

This place is conveniently located to where I live and work. Unfortunately, the lady (disgruntled old curmudgeon) working at the counter (the only apparent employee) makes sending out a package feel like a grand indictment, e.g. personal questions that have nothing to do with sending out a simple parcel.Ill be walking the extra 3 miles for the FedEx store.

Solid location with all the normal services you would expect at a UPS Store. The only negative is that the staff has to deal with tons of unsavory walk-up traffic. Lots of begging, asking for change, restroom etc. The employees would be much happier at any other location in town.
