I havent even received my package yet and I am displeased with this company. I set up my appointment for delivery a week in advance for an 11-2 timeframe on Thursday. At roughly 2:20 I get a call stating that their driver wasnt going to make the appointment time, but he could make it before 4. At 3:30 I call them to check on the status and get told that they wont be able to make the delivery before 4:30 which wasnt going to work due to prior plans. At this point I am a little frustrated, but understanding and reschedule the appointment for early the next morning, Friday. By 8:30 Friday morning I receive a call telling me that my appointment has been cancelled due to inclement weather (which had not arrived yet), but again I was understanding and accommodating rescheduling the appointment for prior to noon the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Due to all of the issues I made a comment about being one of the first deliveries that morning which didnt go totally ignored, but wasnt really addressed. I just got a generic Well get your package to you. 11:20 Tuesday morning rolls around and I still had not heard anything from Prestige so I called them. Allen answered the phone and the only answer he was interested in giving was The driver will be there between 11:40 and noon. In my opinion, this is no way to take care of a customer. Ive had to take half a day off work Thursday, all Friday, and now part, if not all, of Tuesday because they cant get their act together.

The Best experience Ive had with any shipping company in the metro area! There was a moment that the shipper did not feel that my package was safe to leave and after calling this locations customer service was outstanding and re-delivered the same day, outstanding i say, most people get their packages within 1 to 2 days top, great job

I ordered next day shipping as well. Some of it was for a charity event. They scan it as delivered to the front door at 6 p.m., but I literally sat in my living room from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, and the packages never came. Absolute CROOKS. And I can get no calls back when contacting customer service. They did this once before to my roommate, and they scanned it as delivered next day, and then they didnt deliver it until three weeks later.

I wouldnt use this company if they were the only company around. If Amazon chooses to continue with this company, then I will not order from them again. Id rather pay more somewhere else. They need to change their service techniques. Prestige, you are a pathetic company!

I cant believe theyre still in business.

The delivery was very unsuccesful! My sons B-day was two days after so there was a 48hr window for it to be late or any minor problems that may have occured. Even though I had next day express. I left work early so I could ensure the packages delivery. So I didnt recieve my package needless to say. They so called GPS scanned it and left it at the door, no knock, no doorbell. I call to find out where my sons present is and they dont know they left it on the porch. thats all they can give me. No apologies, nothing. They tell me the best thing is next time i order something tell them dont leave it in the projects.

Lasership is terrible in Louisville. Terrible customer service and their driver left my package on a neighbors doorstep and said when he went back to retrieve it, the neighbor wouldnt give it back...really? our neighbors who are our close friends wouldnt give back a textbook ordered for our college son...never once returned a call; they said they would contact Amazon and let them know what happened, but of course, never did.

Lost my order entirely. No explanation.
