Please be warned, the recruiters will lie to you to get you to take an assignment. They will lie about the hours you will work, how many hours you will work a week, the pay and length of assignment. After going through this myself, I dont see any benefit in working with Randstad over finding a job myself. This happened to every single person who worked with Randstad on an assignment I was on. My supervisor while working there said it was a common problem with this company only, but couldnt say the same about any other recruiting agency.

Let me first just say that this is quite possibly the easiest review Ive ever given for any organization. Ive been a temporary worker in the past and recognized early that making use of mentors that pay you to learn is the quickest way to becoming a specialist in your career. But over the years, it appears the temporary industry has made some fumbles in their quest for market supremacy. Most lacking of all has been human responsiveness and nuance in their methodology. But not at Randstad. Never in 30 years have I been treated with such profound professionalism, such cordial character, and such rock solid commitment to their clients, BOTH clients, not just the one paying the bill. Being out of work for many months AND aggressively seeking appropriate employment for months has taught me that partnering with Randstad was the right choice. Doing so has produced excellent, tangible results and I couldnt be more pleased. The future looks decidedly bright today. Highly recommended.

Dont waste your time applying here. I spent days applying for every job that fit my skill set and was rewarded with a bunch of emails saying we are considering other applicants. I received these emails even when the job had been up for only hours. No feedback from the recruiters as to why they wont consider me, just a repeated auto email.I suppose Im not the right gender or ethnicity.

6 months ago, it was a different time. I would have given it 5 stars. But now, their digital process for updating employees as exploded with no end in sight. It is a constant barrage of demanding the same current phone number, address, email, bank information, coming in, signing papers, returning endless emails mandating instructions written in some sort of digital warp-hole language. Their own representatives cannot tell you what schedule of events to expect as far as keeping your status current and the aps required for doing so. They promise to find out and get back with you, but they dont. Keeping my status current has become a very demanding task and it is unpaid. I am a data entry clerk, not an internet guru. I get the feeling they no longer know what they are doing and are not properly vetting their people according to their assignment. The old Guard has left, and now we are left, with the new.

We have used Randstads services for many years. During this time Randstad has provided a steady supply of quality individuals to fill our office staffing needs. We have hired 2 of their temporary workers as full time employees. One of those hires is now our office supervisor. We appreciate the dedication Randstad has exhibited in placing quality people with good companies.

Could not see the correlation between medical case management and medical reception. I was extremely over-qualified for the jobs I was offered in locations that turned from my part of town to urban areas after I visited the office. I am black

Rip off artists. I wish I could give this company a lower score. Kept me as a temp for years, working with same company. Full timers around me making $20.00 an hr, me making $10.00 and we we were doing the same job moving pallets with highlifts. One word, bloodsuckers.
