Purcell staffing has been my go to place for 4 years when I was having a hard time finding a job. It is a great place to work for and has fantastic employees that will help you with absolutely anything you need. Lisa is a great worker and is great at giving people a chance at a great job and will place you where she thinks you will succeed. Brittany and Sheila and Lisa are the nicest people ever and truly love to help people and will do anything they can to make sure you love your job. Purcell staffing is very good at paying their workers on time and if you ever have any questions you can count on them to answer it for you. If I could give my honest rating it would be well over 5 stars

I have worked with several temp agencies over the years. Purcell is by far the most caring and professional agency. Purcell is my number one go to for jobs. I have elected to work as a temp off an on while finishing my doctorate degree. I recently worked with the newest employee Brittanie in the office and she is amazing. She greeted me with a smile, and was very professional yet personable. Went to Purcell got a job under Lisa everything was fine I was working and then I had a court date that I had to go to for a traffic ticket come out of court I had to take care of other business then I called Lisa told her I was heading into work. She was mad because I didn’t call her right after my court appearance. Stayed at work till 8 got home and at 10 she texts me and tells me I’m terminated. How professional is that ?and then she wouldn’t answer my calls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS STAFFING AGENCY. Lisa seems to be very vindictive and spiteful, and very rude on the phone !

Purcell Staffing is disrespectful to people they don’t like. That could just be your appearance. They string people along with no intentions to offer employment. The application process can take a very long time up to 3 hours and you will most likely leave without an offer. I would recommend you go to any other agency.

A friend of mine name Kayla is working thru Purcell under Lisa and she got her a job at UPS then when Kayla asks about a transfer because she is getting bullied by a woman thats a lead she ignores her and Lisa told her ex her hours and what she makes to her ex thats unprofessional.

Changed my review to a 1 star. Applied on a Friday two weeks ago and was given a job for UPS. Was told to call back on Monday at 7:30am to check if UPS emailed Purcell back regarding start date but they haven’t yet. Okay that’s fine, I can wait a bit until they do. But fast forward two weeks later and apparently UPS still hasn’t gotten back to Purcell. Every time we call Lisa to inquire about it she either doesn’t answer the phone or tells us to call back tomorrow. Her tone acted if I was bothering her every time I called even though she was the one who told me to call on this certain time on this certain day, every time lol. I only waited two weeks to hear from Purcell because I was excited to start with Purcell and UPS since Purcell and Lisa just seemed professional (in the office, not over the phone) But they weren’t to concerned that it has been two weeks without hearing from UPS. I just wish they would have communicated with me better whenever I called, instead of letting me wait for two weeks while I twiddle my thumbs. I could have used those two weeks to look for a job elsewhere.

It’s a good place to work at. I was here for about 3 months, had two different jobs— one due to lack of workforce and the other due to conflicts with schedule. Not a bad place to go to if you really are seeking a temporary job.

Company does not tell you that you dont get direct deposit. You have to come every week and pick up your check. When I came to get my last check, the staffing lady asked me when my last day was. Isnt that her responsibility to keep track of? They are good at putting you in jobs if you just need a job, But they dont match you with your credentials or skills

Horrible!!!! I called purcell for almost two months straight, and was told everyday call back tommorow something should be available. Of course when i call NOTHING, for months!! I applied with them in March its now may and still nothing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great place to work

First off I dont go out of my way to write reviews, but this I had to! The WORST temp service Ive seen yet! Ive called and shown up since before Christmas its now about to be Valentines day and all Im told is that im goin on an availability list every time! They’ve had jobs opened and I never received a call back but my name has been put on the availability list for the past 6weeks! The lady over the phone, Amanda is rude, unprofessional and doesn’t know what she’s doing! Make them your last stop!!

Called every day to see if they could find me a job or if anything had came available n was repeatedly put off. They just didn’t seem too concerned with trying to help me. I even said I’d take any shift available. I don’t understand.
