Dropped off a drive shaft on 6/2/21 and spoke with Trevor, he informed me that it would be a week till its ready. Called one week later and left Trevor a voicemail. Next day I called again and got his voicemail. Waited another day called back and spoke to Don who said he would check on it for me and call me back. Needless to say but Don didnt call back either. I called again the next day and Don informed me that I dropped it off 6/7/21, when I told him that I dropped it off a week before he argued that i didnt. Called again on 6/11/21 and spoke with Trevor on the phone and he informed me that they havent touched it yet. After that I went to the shop and picked up my driveshaft. Basically I wasted over a week of time waiting for service only to get the run around from 2 employees who could care less what they tell their clients.

Friendly, timely manner. Would recommend to anyone that needs help with a diesel engine.

Lied to on original quote, inflated their parts price, lied to about the high price of the bill. poor attention to detail on shaft reassembly, bolts in backwards. didnt even paint their weld, didnt even clean off the excessive grease they pumped into the joint. I even question if they put the correct part in and not a cheap made in China knock off, more profit for them. They just want your money, they dont want your business.

They built me a driveshaft for my K5 Jimmy really nice work and zero vibration and i just installed my republic diesel rebuilt 2 piece driceshaft on my 97 Danger Ranger. Always had to keep it under 60 or it would vibrate like a @#$%. With the rebuilt driceshaft and recently installed underdrive crank pulley its running strong and smooth up to 75 no problem. Thanks guys!!!!!
