Friend had a messed up iphone screen with the same issue several times in a couple weeks after they first replaced the screen, even with screen protector that always worked in the past. After the screen was first replaced from the official Apple screen to whatever cheap kind they get, it kept breaking with the same issue. Even a time when it was caught and wasnt even dropped. During the last and final time we plan to go there the screen was replaced and we walked 10 steps and the screen didnt register any touch. The tech who fixed it didnt bother checking it. We brought it to their attention and they tried acting nice but as we were going to wait they slammed the cabinet out of anger even though it was their problem that they didnt fix it a minute prior. They made it seem like it was ours. Luckily, she only paid $75 for the screen and not the labor which is twice as much. She now has a hefty case and 2 screen protectors on for now just to be safe. Their screens dont seem reliable. It would be worth it going to Apple. You pay like $20 more but after you get it fixed at another place Apple wont help fix it. But everything is in the past now

My LG G7thinQ battery was so swollen from over charging which is my fault that it was popping the back off the phone. I ordered my battery from Amazon and the young man fixed it with no problem. I am very happy with his work and I would use him again if needed. I just recently recommended my brother to him.

If you swap your iPhone 8, 8 Plus, or X’s screen the auto brightness and True Tone features are immediately disabled.It would have been nice if the employee told us this BEFORE the screen was replaced. The screen is fixed and the phone is ruined.UPDATE: The manager called to rectify the situation.

Wife got her iPhone screen “repaired” here. It is a cheap knockoff screen added. She is unable to swipe up and has a constant message on her phone of unauthorized third party parts.Additionally, the cost was much higher than advertised. We really wish we would have just paid the money to have our screen fixed elsewhere, which we will now have to do anyway.

The best! Im awful with electronics and had just taken this iPhone to YoubreakIfix, another business, a few weeks ago. Broke the screen again and Fourth of July had everyone closed except for iFix Phone and Computer in the mall. So happy they were the only ones open that day. Received my phone back 20 minutes quicker and for $10 cheaper than what I experienced at Ubreak. I was dreading a second $105 iPhone screen repair in less than a month, but it was only $95 and some change. Much more palatable lol

Great experience. After being told by the AT&T store that a repair would cost over $300 I was pleasantly surprised when the IFix employee diagnosed the issue as just needing a new screen and charged just $79. Less than 15 minutes and my phone was good as new. Highly recommend.

After examining the phone and telling me my battery did need to be replaced I was told it would be about 20 minutes. 11 minutes later I was running my credit card to pay for my like new performing phone. Very nice guy, and the most affordable price I could find (and I love comparing prices). He fixed my absolutely destroyed ipad air screen (not LCD) for $89 in a hour and it looks brand new. Will definitely use this place in the future if i need another repair.

After my iWatch broke, due to its battery swelling, I went to my nearest apple store to see if I could get it repaired. The repair would have cost me $150. But luckily I saw an iFix kiosk nearby who were able to repair it for a little over $70. They where quick to diagnose the problem and returned it to me fast and reliably.

I went to Apple store and was quoted $169 for iphone 8+ screen replacement as I didnt have Apple Care. Moreover I would have to wait 5 hours to get it done. IFix replaced the battery in my wifes iPhone 6 which the Apple store refused to do. The Employee was very PROFESSIONAL! He also replaced the battery in about 10 minutes after we waited in Apple for over 30. And IFix was cheaper than Apple and provided a free 1 year warranty if we have any issues with the phone!Will definitely use IFix again if I need electronics serviced in the future!
