Highly recommend. My computer hard drive crashed and I couldn’t locate any files or use my computer in any way. Tried Geek Squad initially but they were unsuccessful and failed to recover anything off the computer. Fix Louisville Computer Repair was very easy to work with. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue. Communication was great and they were able to recover almost all my files. Very reasonably priced and even offered suggestions to fix my old computer. My son ordered a gaming pc off eBay that arrived broken. It would boot loop meaning it would continuously turn on and off. I contacted Gene who let me bring it in that same day and I stayed while he troubleshooted. I initially thought it was a power issue but he ruled that out so next step was to replace the motherboard. Because it was a brand new pc I decided I didn’t want to mess with it in case that wasn’t the problem-and then have to go through even more time waiting for different parts to ship in. So I decided to return it for a full refund from the seller.After all that and me wasting 90 minutes of his time Gene didn’t charge me a fee at all because he offers free diagnostic on PCs. He was very professional letting me know that whatever I wanted- it was my decision. So I left, my son’s pc still with me. On the drive home I felt convicted because the customer service I received in my opinion was unexpected and I’ve not had anything to match it in a long time. It was then I made my decision that I wanted him to have my business so I texted him and asked if he could order the motherboard and I’d bring back the pc.A week and a half later, (only this long because the seller of the motherboard from Amazon and USPS was super slow) my son now has his pc working and it’s amazing!!! Also want to mention that Gene didn’t charge an extra fee for the part either. He charged only what he paid and he was very transparent by showing me the price he bought it for plus an hour of labor. It was $180 I paid altogether. Well worth it! His response time on calls or text was fast too! Will be referring all my friends and family to him if they need computer repair. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all across the board! Very happy as it was a great experience! He even checked on the pc after we got home to make sure it was working ok. Wow!

I contacted Fix Louisville Computer Repair with a Blue Screen repair issue on a very old HP Windows computer running Windows 7 Ultimate. They were responsive almost immediately, even allowed text between us, which made things really easy for me. He is knowledgable and professional and was able to preform all the task at hand that I wanted to have done with the inclusion of several items that he thought might work to identify the Blue screen that I was getting on reboot. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify the exact issue relating to the BSOD, His analysis indicated a possible issue with the mother board, which is a know issue for this type of computer. I would not hesitate to use Fix Louisville Computer Repair with my next computer issue. On a side note, bc we could not find a solution to my problem, there was no charge, I appreciated the thought but still paid the fee (and a little more) for analyzing my computer bc they spend more than a few days looking over every possibility on my computer and kept me in contact every day. These guys were terrific! they took my cracked screen, dented case, and hard drive that was old outdated, that I had bought somewhere previously and was ripped off, fixed me up and got me running like a brand new machine in less than 2 weeks, even through the covid-19 pandemic.
