The screen on my touchscreen laptop went out and they were able to fix it . The price was very reasonable compared to what other companies was asking for. My screen looks great I’ve had it for two weeks now with no problems.

Jacob takes time to explain things and is very knowledgeable about his passion---computer technology. he fixed my computer problem and did some clean-up on my computer. in my opinion he is reasonably priced. Jacob was very helpful and makes some suggestions without high pressure sales for a lot of junk that you dont need. i wont forget him because i always need some computer repair from time to time and the help at the office supply stores are very limited on what they can do before they use a third party like Jacob. So you might say i by-passed the middle man and went straight to the source.

The processor fan on my laptop went out, and I as a layman was completely unable to repair it for fear of damaging it. Jacob replaced it expertly and punctually. He also didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need. He is my go-to computer guy from now on. Thank you!
