While it was difficult to choose a rug because Anabel’s has such a lovely inventory to choose from I did. During these Covid times I did not want to go into the store and they worked with me via pictures online until I was satisfied.The men that delivered it were outstanding! They moved everything back after placing the rug and were experts. Being welcomed into Annabelles store is always such a pleasurable experience.Her layout of the store is so helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Anabel when I decided to stop in today. Even though I’d done some research on my own and knew I wanted a quality rug, I still wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. We recently built a new home and we started going to Anabel’s even before the build was complete to get inspiration and purchase/hold items that we thought would be perfect. Anabel was amazing at reading our plans, telling us what the ideal size would be for each room, and she took into consideration the flow of the house so everything would work together. After completion of the build our vision had slightly changed and she repeated the process with us spending time with us in our home, delivering multiple options for each room to decide on site what would work perfectly. We couldn’t shake our love of Anabel and the rugs. After finishing the first floor we moved to the second and just recently finished 2 staircases. The staircases were the most fun as Anabel took several rugs and pieced them together completing the vision perfectly! Anabel is an incredible designer, has great taste, and is fabulous to work with. If you are looking for one special piece or many, going to Anabel is a MUST!! We won’t ever shop anywhere else for rugs!

Anabel is amazing!! I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. I went in, she listened to me and pulled atleast six or seven rugs out for me. Didn’t seem annoyed or aggravated at my indecisiveness at all! When I told her I couldn’t decide between THREE rugs she offered to bring them all out to my house, lay each one out for me and then if I still wasn’t happy her guys would just bring them back to the store. Needless to say, I got a beautiful rug that fit my house perfectly! Would and do recommend her to everyone!

Anabels Oriental Rug did a fantastic job cleaning my 8x11 Persian Oriental. I brought the rug in with several old food stains. It was hand cleaned and came back perfectly clean with no stains. Great service and very professional. I recommend them highly and will continue to use them in the future.
