Gary was great! He has flexible hours that work well with out busy schedule. He went above and beyond making our carpets looks brand new. The prices were reasonable and less than other companies we looked at. He even took the extra time to use his pressure washer to clean some dirt from our driveway that was left over from previous work we had done to our house. I used Stat Carpet Cleaning Services in May of 2017 and was so impressed afterwards that I wont use anyone else. Garry cleaned my carpeting again today (October 2, 2017), and once again did a top-notch job. Through talking to him, I learned that he only schedules no more than three jobs a day. Ive used all of the major carpet cleaning companies over the years, and absolutely none of them have come close to performing the type of workmanship that Garry does. I think a lot of people probably think like I once did -- its carpet cleaning so how much could there be to it? If you use this company youll see that there is a major difference in companies that are more concerned with getting in and out and on to the next job and someone that is more concerned about customer satisfaction. Ive never written a review for a company that I simply could not say enough good things about. I can assure the reader that once you hire this company that youll be like me and never use any other carpet cleaning company. I havent used his other services yet, however, Im confident that his workmanship would be the same.
