Vacuum good works fine & cheap but the automatic car wash is horrible. paid for the 9 dollar-suppose to be the best & it left dirt and bird poop all over my car. Definitely not worth the money. Would of just washed it myself but none of the coin machines give change.

It was open late my vehicle needed cleaning, decently priced and did what a car wash is supposed to do.

I normally dont leave reviews this bad but the automatic wash bay I used didnt clean my car much at all. I dont know if the soap was low or what but I can see the lines from the sprayers all the way down the side of my truck. I use automatic bays like this all the time and just saw this one near a place I had a to go order to pick up. Would recommend to stay away from this place.

This car wash did absolutely NOTHING for my car. Ur seriously needs to be upgraded. Lesson learned. I will definitely keep my money and I wouldnt recommend washing your pet here let alone a vehicle.

Paid for my ultra wash, pulled up, the horn sounded and that was it. Didnt get my wash and threw 9 bucks away. And when I tried to call them to talk about the issue nobody answered and their mailbox is full so its very clear that they never even answer the phone. Total scam.

The first bay only one side works well.. the passenger sidde does not put soap on the upper part of a med size SUV.. very disappointed

Got the ultra wash. Didnt wash .my car even a little. Waste of time and money. Tried to call. No answer and cant leave a message. Just sad. Have went here many times, but has went down hill. Will never go back.

Chose a $9 full wash; wax; & tireshine.Got soap suds, then exit door opened.Nothing else was done. Machines juststopped. Finally left.Called credit company to dispute the charge since I didnt get what I paid for.Ill know better next time - seems others have a similar experience here.Pay the price and go elsewhere.

Literally looks the same as when I went in the wash. The Works dont work. I should have known better since the vacuum took my money last time. I usually dont make bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

Went through the automatic wash and made it to the wheel wash cycle...I think it was the 2nd part of the cycle before it just completely stopped. $10 wasted..had to go to the self wash to spray off the soap.

First the car lane said that it was paid for and the doors wouldn’t open at all. Then the next lane let me pay 9.00 then only gave me suds, nothing else. The vacuums are very weak suctioned. I am highly disappointed. The one in Shepherdsville is better by leaps and bounds.

Coin changer is almost always out of service, the car wash itself is missing the nob to select how you wash, or sometimes it just doesnt work at all. The coin feeder took money and wouldnt even activate the wand washer. Would highly recommend against going here. Worst car wash Ive ever attempted to use

Not at all impressed with this particular car wash. I was traveling and when making a quick stop for gasoline, i realized I needed to wash my car. Unfortunately, I wasted my money. Truly couldnt even tell my car had been washed and I had to go somewhere else for another wash.

Absolutely the best free vacuum I have found! I literally wash they car to use it! Kudos!

We went into the auto car wash. I pulled all the way through, it didnt say stop. I had to reverse and do it again. Literally did this 4 times before it said to stop. I went in straight, so I dont understand. The soap stopped in the middle of the truck and then started up again. It had plenty in it, but whatever. For $9, I guess I get what I paid for. I wouldnt recommend the auto wash

Great place for a Car Wash 2 Automatic wash bays 3 overhead swivel hose bays.

Not good. The wash stopped working through the cleaning process. There was no attendant on site, and the mailbox was full to call for any assistance ! But it did work the next day just used a different wash bay !

TWICE I went here for a car wash & TWICE I wasted my money! First time in a do it yourself wash bay that would only let me rinse my car & 2nd time using the automatic bay that kept saying please wait, car wash in use (which, it was NOT! ). Threw away $20 here & NO ONE answers their phone number for a refund grrrr

Earns its bad reviews. Ive been here twice and regretted both. 1st attempt Bay 2 touchless didnt even get my driver window wet 2 months ago. Ill try to post those pics. Today, Bay 1 touchless got my car soapy and rinsed it yet my car is no cleaner than before. Didnt even get the rain residue off my car or windshield. Dont waste your money here!

Good place to go to get your car warst fast and friendly

Something is always broke at this place. Last month, I dropped $1.50 in the diy bay just to find out the spray gun was broken, had to wait on another bay. Today, I get my car washed and pull back around to one of the vacuums, drop $1.25, just to find out its not working, either. If there was another place close by, I would never go here. Ive never seen an attendant to complain to.

This place is TRASH. Didn’t wash just wanted to vacuum. I went to the building to get quarters put in a 10, took the bill and didn’t give me a single damn quarter. NOT ONE! The machine lit up red “out of service”. Called number it rings and then says it can’t take messages. Don’t waste your time and money at this $hit pile.

The do it yourself wouldn’t be so bad if the settings actually worked and if the hose weren’t leaking from the ceiling. I sprayed my car clean and green soap kept leaking from the ceiling so I had to come home and spray my car down here too.

Went through end bay and it did not rinse. I had to go back through the one next to it to rewash so it wasnt covered in soap. That one did work. Called number but never recieved a refund.

When i got done washing my car the soap hose broke above my can. And when i was going yo pay even more money to use the automatic one it wouldnt take my money. So had to come home and wash it again to get soap off car. Will never use this place again 😒

Nothing works, poorly maintained

Would be nice to get a car wash with soap. Only water used in this one. Obviously very busy weekend and someone should be maintaining the equipment and supplies.

We could not use after I washed my truck it broke and wife couldnt. There was a person there but he acted like he had other things to do.

Always broke. Lines constantly disconnected. Low pressure. Knobs do not match the diagram. You spend more time waiting for the lines to bleed than washing your vehicle. Bad thing is, it’s the only car wash around really and people keep going there. Not worth time or money. I called once and they said they was sending me a refund. Refund never showed up of course. Not a good business.

The machine doesnt do anything. It doesnt wash the car, just blows water at it. Even after paying for the highest car wash there was almost no difference

The roof hoses leak and the settings dont work. For example: The foaming scrub brush may or may not actually foam, depending on its mood. But at least it hasnt eaten any of my quarters.

The automatic wash does an awful job! This used to be my go to auto wash place! It was great when it first opened. I dont think they maintained the auto wash right and now it doesnt even get the dirt off of the sides of the car. I have never seen one this bad.

Tried all 3 auto washes at 9:30pm. 1 wasnt ready and thought a car was still in the bay. 1 wouldnt take my credit card and the last one just spritzed. I paid $9 bucks for a dryer. The water didnt even work properly. Its sad because I like to support local businesses, but this is the last time I go here.

Its not that crowded most of the time clean just be careful the fragrance will stick every time its completely full and youll need to buy 2. Its usually the black ice one. Also dont ever stick anything more than a 1$ bill at a time the change dispenser was low one time got me for 10$ but they made it right the next time I saw the worker there. He took my word for it. And he did the right thing. Its the dude that empties trash and what not.

Highly upset waited for about 30 to 45 mins to try to get my car washed. Took my money gave me a receipt. And then the machine wouldnt work. Tried to call the number that is on here and Google not even a working phone number. So my car isnt washed and they took money that I wont get back. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS CAR WASH!

Went to car wash almost 3 weeks ago, took my money, didnt work. Its on video so she says. Ive got nothing to hide, damn thing didnt work. Was told with-in 5-7 business days would get a refund check. Still no check and they dont answer their phone. Never!!! however i did receive a coupon. WTH, i wont go back. Dont even live in area, sure not driving 40 miles to go and it be broken... I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went yesterday (7/27/15) at 5:25pm to clean my car. I see cars in and out of this place and thought it would be a good experience. Boy was I wrong.1. Their vending machine, which at other car washes in town usually has interior and glass wipes was completely empty.2. I used Bay 3 and all the machine did was rinse my car. No soap. Nothing. I paid for the $7 car wash. I couldve rinsed my car in my driveway for free.3. The dryers did not work either. So now my car is covered in water spots.I should have just set my money on fire for a more enjoyable experience than coming to this place. Only plus side is the vacuums, which anymore you can get free vacuum with the purchase of a car wash at other places around town. Needless to say, I wont be back.Edit: Tried to call the number to request a refund, it just rings. No answering machine. Guess Ill just chalk this up to a $7 lesson learned.

Cant give a negative star review or i would..... There is never anyone there to help you in any case.... Their change machine never works right and most of the automatic wash bays never do what you pay for and the pther bays the switches dont work.... To bad its the only car wash to go to around here the car wash across the way next to speedway is just as bad.... Im tired of losing money by going to fountains auto wash... Every time Ive been there Ive gotten screwed some how or the other. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE.... THEY WONT HELP YOU.....

I wish I would have read the reviews before I used this touchless car wash, because this is the worst car wash, by far. I still have a film of dirt all over my car, plus these weird circle spots, maybe from the dryer, I dont know. Spent $9 on the highest level of wash and the car looks worse than it did before entering.

Thieves! Took my money and car wash is broken! The thing spritzed for 5 seconds and then nothing. I understand that machines malfunction but I left a note at the office with my phone number and asked them to give me a call and we could work it out, but did they call? Nope. Only $7 but as you can see from other reviews they have a history of this stuff. Take my advice and move on!

Lost money in the Machine. Called the Company answering service to get refund. Called them back 4 months later, answering service said we are just the answering service, and we only pass messages. My question, did you pass my message? Oh..yes sir. My response why havent I been reimbursed ? I dont know sir, I will pass message again. Two weeks later, I get a voucher. They need the vacuum to work and if they dont work they need to put a out of order sign on them. There was antifreeze all in the Drive-Thru wash bay.

Just went there this morning and after the carwash, it said to drive forward and the front garage door would not open! I was stuck! 5 minutes later an older man who I think worked there and I think was in the bldg came and asked me what the problem was. He couldnt even get the door to open! So he had to open the back garage door that I drove in thru and finally I got out. Freaked me out. I was just glad someone was there or I dont know what I would have done. And good thing my preschooler was not in the car with me since I usually take her since she likes car washes. He didnt even offer me my $$ back. Never again!

Where do I start?1.) Faulty equipment (leaky soap brush, just sprayed liquid from the ceiling all over my car)2.) The wash bay didnt even have labels on over 1/2 the settings3.) Dirty parking lot4.) Major pot hole before entering the bay that could potentially damage cars pulling in, with no signs of even an attempt at a repair.Fortunately, there has been some new development in this area and a new wash bay owned by different people a couple minutes away. I strongly advise visiting there and never returning here. This place doesnt deserve your, or anyone elses money.

So I’m pisssssssed and reporting this place to the BBB, I paid 9$ for a car wash get in the auto thing and then all it does for 15 minuets is go back and forth no water, no soap no nothing!! The number of course if a fraudulent number, this business should not be in our community as it is clearly stealing from people.
