Fun activity for family and friends. The rideable bike path is short and remember you will be charged for full hour even if you return earlier. We were back in 40 min.

Very helpful and bikes were in good condition. We took a ride across the pedestrian bridge for a lunch in Jeffersonville, did a little exploring and returned our bikes. We had requested a half day, but were only gone for two hours, so the attendant only charged us the hourly rate which was super nice and saved about $20. I really appreciated this gesture and would recommend Wheel Fun Rentals for exploring the waterfront!

I brought my family of 5 down today and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful in making sure we got the right bike for our family. The lady with the purple hair (sorry I can’t remember your name) really made our day. I highly recommend this place to explore the Louisville river area in downtown.

Came at 08:15 pm and it was a guy there with a poor customer service we asked him if we can rent it for less than one hour and will return it at 08:50 pm just to let our visitors from Cali to have fun he kind get mad and said that he can’t do it and he left us standing there ! The point if you’re closing by 9pm why can’t you rent it at 08:15 pl and have it back by 9 pm??????? We were so disappointed ☹️

We love taking our 8 yr old there and have had great experiences in the past with this company. The experience i had this time was absolutely horrible. The staff was very rude and confrontational. I will be reaching out to the ownership to discus my experience.

Based on the complacency of the staff and the poor condition of the bikes I would not recommend. Staff said they did not have time, tools or parts to fix bikes making for a dangerous ride.

Fun times, the kids enjoyed their time here and want to go back.

Came here as tourists, Website & Phone dialog say they are open on Mondays. Arrived to a closed establishment. They are not open Mondays.Wasted time & Uber money.

Terrible customer service. I saw 5 employees but only 1 working. The woman who seemed to be in charge was exceedingly rude and noticeably was upset at my group when there was a city scooter on “her pavers”. quite overpriced as well.
