We felt confident riding off after Stus tutorial and the helmets, locks and electronics were top of the line, so even as novice drivers, we were able to ride and lock the bikes with ease. Doing business with this store was a breeze! I’ve been searching for an Aventon Pace 500, and the shop received one and we were notified right away. The test ride was great, I fell in love with the bike. They even had the color I wanted! It was not assembled, but the guy at the shop had it assembled and ready to go in less than an hour. Great customer service and super helpful. I highly recommend this shop for buying and electric bike!

This was a wonderful surprise. We rented electric bikes and rode through Cherokee Park and around the local community. You have an option of renting for the day and they can provide helmets and locks so you can stop at restaurants or for sightseeing. They do a great job of explaining how to ride the bike and help with packing the saddlebags (very handy). They are reasonably priced and we felt this was a great value for our vaction time. Thank you for making us feel special.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pedego Louisville and the whole crew there - Stu, Adam, Casey, Mark. They have been incredibly patient with all of my questions and have offered excellent advice. Fell in love with the Interceptor after renting in September. Bought one in October and after about 700 miles of riding, decided to upgrade to the Platinum Interceptor. Purchased an Element in April as an anniversary present for my wife. The quality of the bikes is simply amazing and the service and support from Stu and his family is top-notch. Excellent experiences, time and time again.

Electric Bikes are Awesome! Pedego Electric Bikes on Bardstown Road Louisville is the place to go. The owner, Stu, is committed to a great customer experience. We haven’t bought a bicycle yet, but we sure have rented them. Call the store and check on a rental availability for your next outdoor adventure. I spoiled my wife on our anniversary with a half day rental, we had a blast! Rode all through Cherokee Park, downtown Louisville, across the Big Four Bridge, and over to the Falls of Ohio. In under 4 hours. If your not an athletic cyclist, but love to ride bikes, these bikes are perfect. You can go all the places you want to go, without getting worn out. You do not, I repeat, DO NOT, have to fight any of the hills. Cherokee Park alone has a couple of big ones. You just motor on up the inclines effortlessly. You can pedal the whole time or use the throttle, it’s completely up to you. We had such a great time, l had to go back. This time I took my son and his friend who were graduating from high school. They kind of rolled their eyes. Cmon dad, we’re gonna go ride bikes. I can still hear him saying with excitement as he throttled the bicycle and took off, “This is the wave of the future.” Seriously folks, go see Stu at Pedego in Louisville for your next outdoor adventure and discover electric bikes. You’ll be glad you did.

Everyone at Pedego Louisville is so nice and helpful. Its a great place to rent an E-bike and enjoy a ride in Cherokee Park. So much fun. We bought two Pedego Interceptors here. They never rushed us and explained all the features of the different bikes. Couldnt be more excited to explore the Rails to Trails on our new bikes.

Had the best experience with Pedego Electric Bikes. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They spent time telling us about how to operate the bikes and gave us some routes to check out that were safe and beautiful. Looking forward to renting with them again soon!

We’ve rented electric bikes at Pedego multiple times. It’s an extremely affordable way to stay active & get out of the house while practicing social distancing. With the cooler temperatures we enjoy spending more time outside. The electric pedal-assist is great for navigating the scenic hills of Cherokee park. My girlfriend and I rode the tandem bike & we loved it! (only $30/hr for the two-person bike). Staff was very friendly, helpful, and were following all Covid19 mask mandates and distancing practices as well. We will definitely rent with Pedego again in the future for sure!

Stu opened up his shop on this steamy Fourth of July to rent our family electric bikes. We had so much fun. Going up hills and starting from stop were my absolute favorites. Renting the bikes was easy as well as returning them. The only problem we have now is that we very much want to buy them! It kind of makes us feel like we are going to be thinking of the Pedego bikes the entire time we are on our regular old bikes, now! We look forward to going back to Stu once we figure out exactly what we want to make our purchases.

My wife and I decided to look at getting her an electric bike. She never had a bike as a child and the only thing she has ridden on two wheels is the rear seat of a tandem. We talked to Stu at Pedego in Louisville. He found a suitable parking lot for her to learn. Brought suitable bikes and spent a lot of time working with her on a Saturday morning. Then working out the best value for money purchase to meet her needs.excellent customer service we enjoyed the process absolutely no hassle.

My friends and I rented electric bikes from the team on a Sunday afternoon and it was awesome. We rented the bikes for four hours, which I originally thought would be too much, but was the perfect time. You can pedal the bikes fully or spend most of the time using the electric part to propel you forward. We ended up going all over downtown Louisville and even to the falls of the Ohio. I highly recommend this as a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy some fresh air with friends.

As someone with no previous experience with electric bikes, I was a little hesitant about trying it out, but it didnt take long for the owners to get me comfortable on a bike that suited me. MUCH easier to operate than I was expecting, and the throttle/pedal assist really help with hills!Owners were very knowledgeable about nearby riding locales, and it was just a quick shot to Cherokee Park, which is easily bikeable, even with a one-hour rental. Overall, a great value and a unique way to spend a nice afternoon!

The bikes are extremely over priced for their quality and on top of that I’ve had a few people I know including us have bikes that don’t work and that are extremely hard to turn on if they turn on at all
