Highly recommend Granite Concepts! The process was very good from start to finish. Everyone was very kind and accommodating and I knew they want to make sure everything is right. Marco and Henry did our installation and they were great!We did have a slight issue with the the alignment around our sink and they came back right away and fixed it and now everything is perfect. We are telling anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen to call Granite Concepts! Our kitchen is still under construction, but once it is finished, Ill post pictures.

Great customer service, product and cost. We were able to stay under budget (Granite Concepts offered the best price for the same exact stone when compared to 5+ other local companies). Turnaround time was great and the install went very smoothly - completed in less than an hour for our kitchen. Being able to support a local business during the pandemic was also a plus. I can’t believe how easy it was to get beautiful new countertops!! I had checked out a different company, but they required I go to a different company to pick out the granite slab and then they would get together and schedule. Granite Concepts is a one stop shop! They had beautiful, quality granite and were very helpful and so friendly!! Very reasonable pricing as well! I highly recommend their services!!

Super impressed with both quality of the granite and the quality of the service. I went in to pick out the granite for my new kitchen and the staff and owner made me feel like I was the most important person in their store and when they came out to my house they treated it like their own. My husband and I loved how we were treated so much that we ordered extra granite counter top for a different area.

After visiting a few places and getting quotes from about six countertop vendors in Louisville we decided to go with Granite Concepts to do the granite for our kitchen refresh project and were happy that we did! From the beginning their quoting process was very straightforward- no hidden fees or extra charges for the basics, or trying to up-sell us on unwanted services like some of the other places we went to. We had done our research and knew what we wanted and they were able to completely deliver. Working with the GC was a pretty painless process and they were always quick to get back to us if we had questions. We also really liked being able to actually see and pick out our slab in person ahead of time. The installation went fantastic and was quick, the crew installing it did a great job. My wife and I are so happy with our new granite countertops!

Long story...I am building a house, Heritage Cabinets mis spoke and told me I had Granite throughout my house, when actually the bathrooms were priced at cultured marble. Things happen. i had my heart set on granite at this point. so it was suggested i go to there fabricator show room and see if there was some remnants we might like. I called Granite Concept to make sure it was okay to ride down and check out the remnants. they advise me just to stop by anytime. So i went down on lunch one day. there was a young man in the office who was going to help me. he had no clue who i was, which you would have thought Heritage would have told them i was coming.when walking the yard i tried to explain that i would be paying for the bathroom counter tops out of pocket. he told me he could not discuss pricing with me. All he could do is write down what i liked and Heritage would give me a price. I asked him if he could give me a ball park of what it would cost, he said no. then i asked about grade, again he told me he could not discuss pricing with me.as we are walking the yard i see something i like but it is behind a few piece and we could not get to it. they young man who was walking with me said well if we cant get to it to measure it then you cant get it.he would not move it. I felt like i was a bother to him and he could careless about helping me.I later find out that this is the owner son who was working with me. I was shocked! Heritage shared my experience with the owner. Nothing else was said. You would have thought someone would have called and apologized. but nope. seems like they do not want my business! So i went to StoneMark Surfaces, I worked with Tammy and she was great! the guys that worked with her moved 4 or 5 piece of granite that day so i could look at them. The best part was I got 3 bathrooms, and kitchen all with granite counter tops grade C for less then what i was going to spend at Granite Concepts for grade A and Cultured marble!

These guys have genuinely transformed my kitchen! This company from start to finish, couldnt have been more patient, helpful, efficient and understanding. Everything went according to plan in spite of me changing my mind a few times about various aspects of the refinishing. All together I am fully delighted with my new kitchen and would highly recommend the granite countertop repair, refinishing, and installation services this company without hesitation. Definitely, the best ones in Louisville, KY!

My wife and I had them install a granite countertop in our basement kitchen. We were so impressed by the quality of the workers and the finished product. Allie, the customer service manager, was amazing to work with—she went out of her way to take care of us. We were so impressed with their service and workers that we immediately had them do another granite project in our bathroom! I will continue to use them in the future!

Absolute terrible experience and waste of my time with this company. They failed to meet a scheduled measurement appointment then was late on the rescheduled date, after a week I contacted them for the estimate and they claimed they didn’t have my email address but it was clearly written on the forms sent to them. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this incompetent company.

Two men arrived quite on time on Wednesday, August 15th and were finished with the installation in one hour and 40 minutes. They were both super friendly and worked very efficiently. The results are more beautiful. Truly, what a transformation!!! We would definitely recommend your countertop store and services to friends. Keep up the excellent work! Wait for my call – I plan to install new countertops in our bathroom next month!

Were completely happy with the installation of new countertops, a sink and & molding (over our cabinets). The process, from coordinating our wants with the sales representative to the final installation of the countertop and the other items, went as smoothly as possible. All appointments regarding the granite tile countertop installation were met on time, and the craftsmanship by the fabricators & installers was excellent.

The beauty of the countertops installation was that we did not have to empty out our cabinets under the countertops. The new granite countertops fit perfectly over the old ones and were installed in just a couple of hours. We heard about this quartz countertop fabrication company from our neighbors in Louisville, KY who were so satisfied with the work. Now, we are more than glad that we turned to them! The results are simply flawless!
