We had a storm and some shingles came off my roof. Some people were in my neighborhood and inspected my roof. They tried to pressure me into a repair. I contacted my home insurance and they sent our Brad Keonig from Legacy Roofing. He took the time to explain what he found. Got my insurance claim done timely and made sure I was completely comfortable and happy. This company is great and so is my new roof!!!

We hired Legacy roofing & construction to manage a gut renovation of the first floor of our home. We took out load-bearing walls and replaced them with structural beams, leveled the entire floor, replaced all the electrical and plumbing, and installed a brand-new kitchen. This was a huge amount of work that required a lot of planning and oversight, and so we knew that we needed to hire some professionals who knew what they were doing and could execute quickly and who took the quality of their work seriously!

Part of my gutter was hanging off the corner of my house. Before I called Legacy Roofing another company had given me an estimate. Not having a good feeling about the other company I got on Yelp and contacted Legacy Roofing & Construction. Within minutes the owner Shamere was in contact with me. He came out and looked at it the very next day and gave me a price that was more than 75% less than what the other company had quoted me! I even asked him if he was sure that was right, because I was shocked at the difference. Reading the reviews I followed my gut and approved him to do the work. Within just a couple of days the guys showed up to repair my gutter and they were done very quickly and my gutter looks brand new! I cant thank them enough for being quick, professional, reasonable, and such a pleasure doing business with! I highly recommend you calling them and seeing what they can do for you!! You wont be disappointed!!!

Shamere and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. He helped us make the decision on which shingles to go with and we’re still happy 2 years after the roof replacement. Professional and easy to work with. If I need to get a new roof in the future I’ll be using Legacy again and would recommend the same to family and friends.

I had my roof damaged by wind last year and I had Legacy stop by my house and inspect my roof. They got my adjuster to come out the next day and approved us for a full roof replacement. Legacy replaced my roof after it was hit by a hail storm, they walked us through the insurance process and it was painless. Before moving to our home I’m 2017 we had a leak above the garage and my agent had given us Shamere’s number. My agent praised him being very nice and prompt; and he was initially. After ‘fixing’ the leak it came back after a big rainfall. I contacted Shamere again and told him he said he would come out and check it out. He did come out and check it out tried fixing it too he was unable to fix it because something else was causing the leak. He wanted to charge me for coming out and spending time and I told him okay and sent him my email address so he could send the invoice. He never sent the invoice. Then a few months pass before another big storm hits and it’s leaking again in the same exact spot it was leaking when we bought the house and showed him initially. I call him and he says he would be there in about an hour- never shows up. Then I text him again asking and he responds saying that’s it’s been 3 years since he’s ‘fixed’ the leak and needs to be paid a service fee &saying he is happy to help as long as I am fair. I responded “ Sir I sent you my email address after you asked for payment the last time but received no invoice. The work you put in initially was for the same leak in the same spot. I am happy to pay again if you are able to fix it. I’m sorry I keep bugging you but I was told initially that it would be guaranteed by Jacob. Again I’m okay to pay sir as long as you can fix it. Please. ” that was my response word for word. I didn’t get any response from him. So if he ends up guaranteeing the work it’s bs- the leak that he’ll “fix” will end up leaking again & then the owner, Shamere will not respond and be unprofessional.

Professional, honest and quality work is what you get when you call Legacy. We had our roof hit by a wind & hail storm last year. They worked with our insurance company through every step of the process and our insurance company paid for a complete roof replacement. The owner Shamere, was extremely hands on, very professional and personable. Their project manager Mica did a great job running the crew, which did an outstanding job cleaning up when they were finished putting on the new roof. Writing review on 4-10-19 for roofing done on 4-9-19, so one little detail waiting... Could not give this company more love. Had wind damage that was insured through Liberty Mutual, and as a result of the process we were steered to this contractor though our insurance ( via another party called Madsky). As far as i am concerned they, Legacy Roofing, performed admirably. We have one little issue with a gutter being moved a little(ladders or shingles I presume), but otherwise we are completely satisfied. We have an 1100 square foot ranch, and they were able to complete a big job in 12 hours. This included switching out from four roof vents to a ridge vent system, patching in the spots from the old roof vents, replacing the septic vent)!! I really recommend them!!! (updates to follow if they dont fix the gutter though...lol)

We hired this company to replace our roof and gutters a month ago. We have had a terrible experience. They still haven’t completed the work. They left nails and trash all over the yard and our tv antenna wires hanging off the house. The roof was applied wrong and is still not completed. The owner does not inform us what is going on and does not call my husband back or answer calls. This company is a scam!
