I need body work on my car and just happen to be driving by Joe Hudsons so I stop and scheduled an appointment. Other body shops said it would be weeks before they could get me in, but Joes got me in the next week.They did an excellent job so much so that I scheduled again for more body work. The staff is courteous and Ed and Nick were awesome! This will be my go to body shop.

We had a house fire, and the back passenger side of my vehicle was melted sitting in the garage. Literally, melted. I also had my windows down and the interior was covered in smoke and soot. Joe Hudson’s did an amazing job of returning my car to perfect condition. It hasn’t looked this good or been this clean since it rolled off the line. Everyone there, especially Nick and the front office staff, were equally amazing to deal with. Prompt. Informative. Helpful. Professional. Not enough positive adjectives to describe them or the service they provided. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair work.

This was my second time dealing with Joe Hudson’s Collision Centers. Both times the estimator was very thorough. The repairs were done in a super timely manner, with consideration to the timeframe I had available. Updates were given via text message and by checking in real time via their website. Melody was super nice, so was Nick. I got my car back a day earlier than the estimate stated and it was in like new condition. Thanks!

I had my bumper fixed firat rime they had did a decent good jon second time they had not. The quality was horindus i had people who know nothing about cars pointing out the flaws in there work too them almost a month in order to complete my bumper and i still pointes out mistakes

Hate is a strong word I didn’t hate this place i was just disappointed in the lack of communication. I am not sure if it was because I was getting warranty work done on my SUV or what but they never called me to update me on anything. For example I had to get parts in they never called me to say they were in I had to reach out. When parts were in I had to reach out again to schedule an appointment. When they finally got me in I had to reach out for updates on my SUV that was being worked on their premises. Never would of known what was going on unless I CALLED. But I did get my SUV fixed and now I’m content.

Joe Hudsons communication throughout my repair was phenomenal! Their service was so great that I cant even notice the damage that was caused from the car accident I was in. The paint job matches up perfect. I hope Im not in an accident again, but if I were, I would definitely go here!

This repair shop used to be St. Matthews Imports and they were pretty good. Now that theyve moved to Joe Hudsons theyve really stepped up their game. The entire process has moved into the 21st century and I found it to be quite simple and seamless. They finished the work ahead of schedule and delivered the car in super-clean condition. They also worked with my insurance company, which saved me a lot of hassle. Id highly recommend Joe Hudsons.

While the automatic texting system is a but delayed they did really great work on my passat and faster then expected repairs

Extremely satisfied with my repair and the staff. I was able to get a quote for the repair on my Nissan Rogue the day after I called and they were ready to start work three days later. I received updates via email throughout the process and my car was even ready a day early. They returned my car cleaned inside and out. Such an easy process.

Ive taken 3 cars here over the last 20 or so years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Having a wrecked car is a horrible experience, but there is never a doubt in my mind where that car is going. Professional, skilled, organized, informative, and on schedule. I have yet to be anything but 100% satisfied. No easy feat, in the auto body repair business.

Had a fender bender, no big deal, St Matthews Collision Center was so kind and flexible with my repair scheduling. The email updates are awesome and on point. My car was ready in less that two days and it was spotless inside and out. They even put a card inside of my vehicle to thank me for being a customer, super sweet. Very easy to work with for collision repair. They keep you informed and are on-time with their repair estimates. Our insurance company seems to be very agreeable with the use of this company for collision repair. The quality of work appears to be very good. They will leave your car cleaner than when you dropped it off or had it towed there. We have had multiple repairs on multiple cars there over the years and will return if needed.

We had some hood damage from a large object thrown from another vehicles truck bed. It was a fingernail test that could have gone either way. St. Matthews Imports Collision Repair explained that they would attempt to do the minimal work to save us money instead of recommending an entire paint job for the front end. They ended up only having to buff it out - saving us $1200-$1400. They have earned our business by earning our trust. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repairs!

They were great to deal with and very honest

Bad experience....they did collision work on my car and when I got my car back they had lazily installed my driver side door lock. Also they left white hand prints on the inside of my door and on my leather seat. And my car has a horrible paint smell in it that I cant get rid of. Had to take the car back to have it fixed right. Now my ambient temperature sensor is not working and its in the bumper which they had to remove to do their work. My car will have to go back to them to be fixed yet again. Their service center is excellent but this collision center is terrible. No attention to detail and care for your vehicle. Will never bring my car to this place again.

I brought my car here per the suggestion of my insurance company, they made my life much harder than it needed to be. They only wrote a quote for cosmetic damage and said that unless I paid $180 out of pocket for diagnostic work they would not assess the possibility of mechanical damage. Because of this I removed my car from their shop and took it to another. At that point they informed my insurance company that my car was safe to drive despite the fact that part of my suspension was bent and was in fact not safe. I do not recommend them and a month later am still trying to sort things out with insurance due to the conflicting reports.

If insurance is covering the repair they are very adequate. However, when the repair is paid out of pocket they are not very accommodating. Because of their lack of communication, it cost me an extra 140.00. If you use this shop, make sure you are in constant contact during the repair!

They did a quality repair job. But they took ONE MONTH to fix what was a cosmetic repair. (We had far worse damage repaired to the same vehicle at a different shop a couple weeks back and it took just one week.) After they started the repair work, they called to tell me they couldnt complete the work for the quoted price and would have to total out our vehicle due to insurance laws. When I pushed back they were suddenly able to fix it for the agreed upon price. I wouldnt recommend them due to timing and price. Quality wasnt an issue but it was a frustrating experience.

Best people doing the best work in this city. The people are so patient and kind that they make you feel that your car is in a safe and professional place.

I will never go near this shop again. They charge way more than any other repair shop. They quoted me 637.00 for front brakes and rotors on my BMW. I then called two other shops and both were 300.00 less with the same parts.

If youre going to quote me $550 for a brake pad replacement when other shops quote me almost half the price, I will gladly take my business else where.Unfair business.

I will not be going back, the gentleman that sits at the door is rude and arrogant and cocky, he does not even really acknowledge you when you enter fro the side, they are not the friendliest group of people, and to top it off, the quote they gave me on my BMW was more expensive then the Dealership.
