I got conned out of $600. The scam is they charge you for bogus parts and make multiple trips. They used the excuse that a brother died in a motorcycle accident to feed the scam to not show up. Then they don’t answer the phone when follow up is needed again. They should be arrested. I hate I have to give them one star.

Customer beware, .. I strongly recommend you consider another company 3 appointments With 4 hour windows no show no call on 1 ordered parts on the other 2 visits appliance still not repaired, They will try to take advantage of you.Roger doesnt respect your time your home or your money. This guy doesnt value you as a customer. We consider using a large company but insisted on buy local and supporting our on. Boy was that a mistake.Roger in the future stand on your word and stand behind your work $515.43 total $255.45 in parts that i didnt need and Im left with 2 still broken appliances. And a deep since of satisfaction knowing that I told you to get out of my house.

The cost to fix our icemaker was outrageous. We had to pay over $400 for a processor board, and I could have purchased a good used whole unit for that. But in the end, we do have ice again, and the technician made the right call for what was wrong.

Speedy Appliance was friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. The repair person arrived promptly and quickly fixed my washer. I would definitely call them again for any appliance repairs! Highly recommend!

If I could post a ZERO rating, I most certainly would. Multiple trips out to my house still doesnt have my refrigerator repaired. For some odd reason, I was conned into pre-paying for the labor and parts ... and still nothing works properly! So far I am out $320 for which Ill file in small-claims court while notifying every appropriate agency at the same time. I even told the service rep (he said hes the owners brother) that I did NOT want a filter, which Ive been waiting almost three weeks for a refund ... and despite telling Toni (the receptionist) this many times, still nothing! Is this place just a SCAM?! Im going to find out.

There are much better appliance companies out there than this one. That will own up to their mistake and give you half your money back on appliance that is not worth fix. Because they missed diagnosed my washer. Please dont make the mistake my family and I made and hire someone else .You all have never offered a free washer, it was going to be $70 more. And said at the first visit that the leaking was coming from the holes not completely being on the pump. Which you all were wrong it was because of the bearings, that you all found on the second visit on why it was leaking. I called you out originally for the washer leaking and not spinning. Asked the tech we talked about it before he even opened the washer to look at it. Talked with the tech not his brother. I email you all on February 4th and sent a letter by mail on February 4. I wouldhalf my money back since it was misdiagnosed on the first visit.

The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He advised us as what to do with our LG refrigerator that is only 4 years old and the compressor has already gone out. He was the 2nd service company to come look at it so he was kind enough not to charge us a 2nd service call. Highly recommend this company. Very honest.

Didnt show or call to update waited 4hours for nothing..called them 3 times but no answer

Did good work fast and for a fair price. Helped me understand not only what went wrong and how he was fixing it but how my appliance worked in general.

We had a problem with our refrigerator and they were at our house within a couple of hours and had it fixed within a few minutes. Roger was professional, friendly and on time. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
