Great place with excellent location, and a professional management team.Laura, and other property managers are very kind and helpfull. And, Scott did a great job with apartment maintenance.Some apartments have a great view on the lake with fishes and turtles.

Great community here at Blankenbaker! Laura and the staff in the office are about the nicest people you’ll meet in all of Louisville. The new maintenance guy Scott helped fix some leaks we had in our apartment and responded to our call within 30 minutes. Rent is very affordable & the apartment is extremely well kept with the pool, tennis court & landscaping.

I LOVE my apartment! The office staff is amazing, friendly and extremely responsive. Laura was great from the first day I talked to her :) She gave me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel at home. I could not make one complaint about this complex. They have excelled at everything and I am so happy I chose to make Blankenbaker Crossings my home. If you’re thinking about this complex, do it! I recommend it 1000% Thank you all for making my move in experience great from start to finish!

I love living here. its privately owned very quiet business minded community. Has a pool, tennis court, community garden, dog park.

Great apartments! Lived there for about a year and a half and had not a single problem with neighbors. Management is also highly professional and very courteous, I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I absolutely love this place! Going on my tenth year at Blankenbaker Apartments! It is truly home!After living here so long, I am well aware that I could not live at another community and be happy.The bar has been set too high! My friend is going on her ninth year here, we both agree the only way that we are moving is if we decide to buy a home. Of course, everyone loves the ladies at the office, maintenance goes way and above any request! For me, as others have stated, it is a little pricey, that being said, once when a strange acting man continued to knock at my door, our courtesy officer arrived in minutes. Last, but most IMPORTANT to me is that it QUIET! Everyone seems to have respect for one another!Thank you Robin, Laura, Sabrina, Lora, Mike, and our wonderful new Maintenance Person (forgive me, I cannot think your name at the moment) for going the extra mile!

Best place Ive ever lived!I have been here 2 years and just signed another lease - and no plans to move EVER! I have rented all my life, and this is the best place Ive ever rented, hands down. the staff - office and maintenance - are the friendliest Ive ever encountered. you know how you search for a place, and they treat you so well - til you sign the lease. after that, youre just a nuisance living in THEIR place, doesnt feel like your home at all. well not here. this is exactly how you always dreamed of being treated but never experienced before. not only are they so warm and welcoming in the office - exactly the same as before you sign the lease, if not better - maintenance is taken care of quickly, and they even encourage you to put in requests if anything is wrong. I had a problem with my dishwasher and they replaced it - boom! they are pet friendly, they keep the grounds very nice, and they are always improving something and doing something to make the community feel more like a home. you will not go wrong here.

As a current tenant, I can say that this apartment complex has met (and sometimes exceeded) my expectations. Whether it was filing a complaint, or checking for packages, the staff has been there at every turn to help me and make my life here a peaceful one, as well as ensure that all my issues were properly addressed and resolved. Plus, it was a double bonus to know that they have business incentives that lower the renting costs.

Lived here for more than 2years, this apartment has been the perfect home for us. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, sometimes even go the extra mile to help you out. They even have an outdoor garden to help you grow tomatoes and what not that you wish.

Love everything about it except for the parking. With the price of rent you would assume that you could at least park near your unit without having to take a tour of the complex. Visitor parking is not enforced which leaves plenty of space for non-tenants to do as they please. Theres roughly the perfect ratio of parking to give each unit an assigned spot. I realize how petty this may seem but I work well into the later parts of the day and I never get a spot near my unit and usually end up near the office. With the frigid weather it would have been nice to not be so far away. Unfortunately I do not work a 9-5 job.

Love the apartment itself have lived here 3 years and have had minimal maintenance issues. The pettiness of the management can be quite the turn off though. Beyond that this is a great community where myself and my children feel safe.

The staff are the friendliest and most accomodating people I have met just about anywhere. They make you feel important and like you are truly home. We have lived here for 6 months and I dont have anything bad to say at all. The one time we had a small maintenance issue it was taken care of immediately. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean, the staff is friendly, and I feel safe and at home. I also know that should I have any problems they will be addressed with care. We certainly chose the right place to live.

Nice complex, however it does have its issues. For example a month after I moved in here in Feb 2017 construction started right behind the building I had moved into. Its extremely loud and the construction is everyday besides Sunday and starts at about 8 am every morning. So you can imagine my aggravation when I have to work second shift. There also isnt no parking for my building, i literally have to park dang near by the office every night because there is never no parking for my building. Now mind you I was warned that sometimes there wouldnt be no parking they never stated it would be every night. I cant wait for my lease to be up so i can be somewhere with no construction and somewhere i can actually park near my building.

I started my lease here in May 2016. Love the ladies in the front office. So glad I can call Blakenbaker Crossings my new home!

Be very careful when renting, be sure you take several photos on your move in date and pay close attention to the carpet, We had rented a few apartments there and then there were a change in Management right before my lease was up and my bad experience started, I moved out and they stated I would receive my deposit in 2 to 3 weeks well 1 month went by & I called to ask unfortunately I did not get my deposit back because my small dog was accused of ruining the new carpet with pet urine, I have photos to show the carpet was not new and my small dog did not run the apartment, I have ask for the carpet so I can get an DNA to prove my puppy did not ruin there carpet. Very dissatisfied !!!
