This was beautifully done! The nail tech was very nice and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout. Will come back and do recommend!

My nails turned out great! I have never gotten my nails professionally done, Ive always done them myself. So I just showed up with a picture of what I wanted and she matched it perfectly!! The manicurist paid such close attention to detail on the rhinestones and placed them all in the exact spot. I am so impressed and will definitely be making this my regular spot!

Was happy they take walk-ins and they were busy. But it did feel rushed, I guess you get what you pay for. The staff didn’t seem very customer oriented or at least not the ladies I got.

Love this place all employees are very sweet and nice, they were a very good experience with quality products, they are very professional and caring.

I got my nails done Friday and they didnt even last a week they are popping off already. She hardly put any acrylic on top of the glue on plastic nails they are bending. Very disappointing.

Did a terrible job on my pedicure. My foot was bleeding, my nails were cut way too short, and the color I chose was completely not accurate from the color displayed. When asked if they could fix the color, the lady got upset and just slapped on what she felt like. Do not come here unless you want a hack job.

I always enjoy going to my appointments they make me very relaxed and always provide excellent service . I always get exactly what I want and my mani/ pedi is always on point Ann is the best she knows what I want and I don’t even have to tell her. I highly recommend Ann .

They are fast and really nice people. Got my nails, eyebrows and feet done real quick

Horrible quality and service, not only was I demeaned by the staff but I also did not receive close to what I asked for and when asked if they could fix it the lady started acting rude towards me and failed to fix it to the way I was promised and even demanded I’d leave a tip after asking for the bill. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Every time is amazing! Love this place. Royal pedis. The paraffin on the feet is absolutely wonderful! Especially when youve broken an ankle and had surgery on toes, its a great way to relax!

Friendly service and prompt appts.

This place is on point with their sanitation and cleanliness. There were temperature check, hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, face shields and barriers between clients and the workers. I had the royal gel pedicure with gel mani. It was wonderful and the massage chairs are a nice touch! Ask for Ann, she is very personal and professional.

I got a basic manicure for $13. Didnt get much of a hand massage, just lotion kind of rubbed on. The lady was nice and quiet since I was on the phone a majority of my visit. The polish I chose was from them, and day 2 it started cracking on both thumbs (see pic). I dont normally get my nails done so Im not upset, just a little disappointed it started to crack.

I made an appointment with Kim for Thursday at 1:15 and to start off with she was 10 minutes late. However, I did love my nails, until 2 fell off on Friday and by Monday morning 5 had fallen off. I called to schedule an appointment, so she could fix my nails. I ended up pulling the rest of them off so that she could fix them all and avoid having more fall off. When she realized I had taken the rest off she was upset and wanted me to pay half. I told her I was not paying anything because they fell off literally the next day. She was visibly upset but ended up doing them. Ive had my nails done before and this had never happened. This was a horrible experience and will not be returning. I just hope this new set stay on.

Love this place, it is our go-to for nails and pedicures! Reasonable prices and super friendly staff. They are always busy, so your best bet is to call ahead and make an appointment

Went to get my nails done about two weeks ago. Got some 3D rhinestones on them. One broken acrylic replaced. They came off within a week. Got them fixed.Started coming off in less than 3 days. Matte black color looks uneven and ugly. Nails not reshaped. Worst set of nails ever. I highly warn everyone to steer clear of this place.

Absolutely love this place. I get the full experience here. Manicure, Pedicure and Facials. They only thing they dont offer is a massage, but if they did, I would be getting those here as well. As far as the pricing, I think that it is very reasonable. Have NEVER had to wait for more than 10 minutes for a walk-in. The ladies are friendly, professional, and to a fabulous job. Ive been to several other locations in town, but either get terrible service, rude employees, pay way too much, or have to wait more than an hour for a walk-in because there is only one to two people working. Hands down, this place is the best.

So bad the lady I went to did everything in a hurry and she couldnt even do what I asked her to do and I got charged $40 for some really crappy nails. Never going there again. If anything go to Annas nails she ana is really good on what she does at a great price!

Stopped in as a walk-in was taken in within 10 min. My feet arent in the best shape and when the technician got done they looked amazing! Definitely will be going back.

I went there 3 times for pedicures. Once was ok but the nail tech used a pumice on two different customers. But last June was my last time. I saw the nail tech take dirty water from pedicures and throw it in front of the salon, on the public sidewalk. As I left I still saw the water and tried to avoid it but it was all over. I still slipped. The techs watched me, and did nothing untilabour 2-3 minutes later. No apology. I reported this to the code enforcer as the public sidewalk and landscape is no where to throw dirty water from pedicures. I question the cleanliness of this salon. Also my calls and messages went unanswered

During my last visit, I witnessed the nail techs using the same tools from client to client and not cleaning the soaking tubs between clients. They would just drain and re-use the tubs. Im sure the same was done to me and I didnt notice it until I was receiving my service. NASTY! This place fails to practice safe infection control processes. With hepatitis so prominent right now, its too risky. Find a place that uses appropriate sterilization techniques.

Just moved to this town I have been getting my nails in San Jose for more than 7 years but since I moved to this new town I wasnt sure who would do a great job I went to to another shop prior to this one and they did a horrible job then decided to try Lovely Nails I was so happy Lam did a fabulous job Love this place all the ladies are very nice I totally recommend this place the manager is also very nice.

Rude, pushy, bad service, can’t apply nail polish, my nail look like they gain a couple pounds, they did not clean them talk about sanatize they don’t know what that means. Just a bad place to get your nails done.

Im not happy to arrive and I told them that I would be a nail and pedicure, they said yes and they only looked for the pedicure, I said that they had nails until another day and they gave me the price of 26 and they charged 35😡😡😡😡
