Shes amazing on waxing

Eyebrows only get waxed here

Havent been here in a long while. I used to take my mother who was wheelchair-bound before she passed, and they could not have treated her better. The staff was absolutely wonderful to her and made her experience such a nice little visit. They do nice work and have reasonable prices.

I had waxing done by Tracy and she is just the sweetest most wonderful person! She is very gentle too. I will definitely be going back in a couple of weeks.

I like K-K nails. It is cleanest what ever nails salons I did. Relax music and excellent service by Tracy, She is professional technician. I think K-K nail with a new management. I will come back here every 2 week for my eyebrows done. I like Tracy doing my wax done

I dont recommend this place if youre looking to get acrylic/gel. I had a horrible experience. The guy that did my nails put a whole chunk of acrylic on my nails without smoothing it out (What nail techs usually do). He also got upset when I asked him to make sure all my nails are evenly shaped out. He started speaking in a different language, with an angry tone. Which I think was rude. Especially when I asked nicely even if I had to wait 3hrs. He also said that Its busy theres a lot of people as if it was the reason why he couldnt shape my nails the way I wanted it. Thing is, I never asked him to hurry up, I only asked to re-shape my nails.P.S. I had to file my nails when I got home just do they wouldnt look so bad.

They are under staffed they pick any customer they want I havr been waiting to get a full set for an hour and there are 4 customers inside the store. And one lady that just walks around checking that her workers are working dont come here unless you know you have nothing to do that day.

I went there one day and I wanted something simple but it came out bad I recommend not coming here unless your doing your eye brows.

I got a pedi and the next few days i noticed my toes hurting didnt pay much attention but days after that puss and yellow liquid was coming out and noticed my nail coming off i went to the hospital and they said they must of not sterilized there stuff before getting the pedi and got an infection and had to get my hole toe nail removed and a few others i was pissed they lucky i didnt sue them but i will never go back and hope no one risk it and goes here either unless you wanna end up in the er and having to get ur nails taken off

Very unprofessional first one there this morning sat me in a pedicure chair left me sitting there no one would help me or respond and finally told me i would have to wait. Will never go back and will never recommend anyone to them. Sally the owner very unprofessional.

I was burnt, cut and after two days my nails broke. They looked really good when I first got them done but after typing a few emails, applying makeup and reading they were broken. The guy used the drill and cut me to the point that my cuticle now looks quite misshapen. The guy also applyed a clear gel coat so my polish would stay longer and he left some on my skin, causing the uv light to burn my skin and harden there. When I went in to ask for a refund tent said they would redo my nails but why would I want to go through all this again? Why would I go back when they broke? I havent done anything that would really have caused them to crack. To add insult to injury, when I went in the second time they were going to make me wait for someone to see me when I said I had sat there for two hours a few days ago. I heard one woman talk about me when I was walking out. do not go here unless you want shoty service. I am from out of town and visiting my boyfriends family and I will never ever be back.

Bad been waiting for them to open at 10 and they never opened!! Was waiting for an hour bad service!!!

I got my nails done for my sweet 16 and one of my nails was crooked and one of the ladies had called me bitchy as a joke.

They have posted Manicure for $12 after my girls got there nails finished theysaid it was a special polish that last longer and charged me $55

If you want blocks instead of acrylics this is the place.
