I went here for my first time getting my nails done. I had a blue ombre design that needed 2 colors. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her if she could make it exactly as the picture reference. she said yes and made me choose 2 colors. she asked me which one I wanted to start off with and I chose the lighter color blue. everything was going okay until she started scraping my skin off around my nails. I was in so much pain for 2 weeks. I wasnt even aware we were done with my nails when she said all done and I still only had one color on. I asked about how my nails didnt look like the picture and she said we dont do ombre. I kid you not word by word she said yes I can do that sit down. ive never had such awfull experience getting my nails done.

Excellent job, my girl Mindy is great. Owner, Tamie is the best, Im very satisfied with my visit today and always return once a month.

Loved my nails and feet but would have liked if they let less people inside and actually took their time and were not rushing.

I been going to that same nail salon for years..... Ive always been satisfied with the job they do..... And I also feel that there prices are pretty good prices.. I feel that there a good business...... And everytime I go in there they treat me with respect......

THEY DONT DO ANY DESIGNSI went in to get a simple design and they told me they do not do ANY designs....I changed my mind 3 times with one of the ladies and they still refused to do my nails. I walked out. They just told me we do small heart or flower.

Great pedicure! My feet were terrible going in and amazing coming out! Michelle does a great job.Usually no more than a 15-20 min wait as a walk-in.Pedicures in several different price ranges. I go for the $40 pkg. Its well worth it! Great way to pamper yourself or someone you know.

They cut my fingers up really badly every time I go in. Great if you like feeling the ladies are talking about you(they literally point and snicker) my friend who speaks mandarin and a few other languages accompanied me and the whole time they were basically trash talking every ones appearances. They obviously didnt think he could understand them.

This place sucks. My daughter went in on Saturday. Tammy burned her with the nail glue. Cut her finger with a file was forceful if she moved her hand or complained and did it harder. Did a crappy job on her nails. TAMMY the manager is rude and also the crappy nail tech. She refuses to refund my money and said I just started learning how to do nails and hung up on me. Even her employees said she doesnt know how to do nails and has had many complaints. I will sue her for my 35.00 back.

To noisy and dirty

Wonderful people and great jobs. Sometimes you have to wait, thats what you get doe doing walk-ins instead of appts. Staff is always nice and cheery.

Nail techs are very rude. The tech I got cut my nail and noticed she cut it. and than poured alcohol all over it. They only have 20 colors to choose from. They don’t do gel on toes. Do not recommend it’s not a place to relax it’s a place to get upset.

When I went here the ladies were really nice. But they can’t do ANY designs and even when they try they charge 5 dollars more. They nails techs also aren’t very skilled and to top it off they use MMA which if you aren’t aware is a highly illegal substance.

When I went it was nice and all, it was my first time ever getting a pedicure I always do them myself but when I went I felt a bit grossed out because they use the same nail polish they use on everyone else and could have fungus or something, also they don’t use a bag over the machine where water comes out for the feet, it wasn’t as sanitary as I expected it to be but I didn’t get fungus or anything, it was 22$ for a full pedicure, I was very satisfied with the results :)

By far the worse experience! I asked for a specific design receive the cheap version of the nail design and to top it of she cut me.

I love getting my eyebrows waxed here. They do an awesome job!

Worst nail and waxing place EVER! The lady who did my nails was on the phone the entire time. She paid very little attention to what she was doing. My nails starting lifting up after 3 days. Not only that but while she was waxing my eyebrows she was on the phone and left a bald patch on my eyebrow! On top of that they are overpriced... NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON IF YOU WANT TO COME OUT PRETTY!

I used to go here regularly, until I got a cut on my toe from them cutting the skin back and my whole leg and ankle became infected. Never again

First time going here and last. Very bad customer service. The lady that did my nails was yelling across the room dont put a design on her nails its too much work for only ten dollars. Isnt that what we pay for?

Having been a person who commuted to work, they are always late. That in itself is unprofessional. Made the suggestion to the owner they change the opening hour, she said No. The customers who go there have lives and things to do.

Picking other people that just came in and had apptment and the instrument that they use to cut your toes are very drity
