Went for the first time for body waxing, and im very satisfied! Rebecca was professional, and friendly with some small talk. The result was smooth and very satisfying.

Super Shady.. I honestly hate when people who work for tips overcharge. They said the owner changed the prices back in November. 15$ for eyebrows. This may seem extremely weird to a OWNER but you should probably update your cheap menus that are in picture frame. To new customers who aren’t notified even in the beginning that “Hey we only accept cash and Zelle payments, oh yeah the prices we are advertising aren’t right either.” Its very simple. Otherwise I’m going to think you’re tipping yourself. Lady who did my brows was nice. Eyebrows are ok. I’m obviously not going back.

I get my eyebrows threaded here once a month. I come out with clean, near perfect brows every time. This place gets busy so making an appointment is definitely recommended.

I’ve been going to this place for years because of the great service. However, they have raised the price significantly. They went from charging $8.00 to $15.00 for the service I use. Also, you should expect to wait 10-20 minutes when it’s busy even if you have an appointment.

Ive been coming to this place for about 4 months now. The girl that does my eyebrows is Amber and he is just amazing. She definitely knows what she is doing. Im sure everyone else is good as well but I rather work with her all the time. She takes her time and she shapes my brows like a pro. I left a pic of Amber in action. Shes wearing blue shoes.

This is a hidden gem. It’s small but it’s satisfied all of my needs. Prices are very affordable and the staff was very friendly. I will not go anywhere they just received a lifelong customer! Thank you 😊

I always do my eyebrowns here and they are amazing!They just opened the nail saloon and this is so much beyond my expectation . ;-( The saloon is clean the ladies friendly BUT! When you come to the salon you want to give yourself full experience of the 21st century. They put my feet in the plastic “wash ball’ no bubbles, the water was a bit cold ...very disappointed ....

This is a great, lightweight moisturizer. I have acne-prone, dry skin that is very sensitive to many products. However, this has been a welcome and effective addition to my routine. I use it at night and just layer it on my normal, nightly moisturizer. I wake up with youthful, fresh feeling, and fresh-looking skin. I love their products!

I love this little place. I have been coming here for 3 years now. I discovered it unexpectedly and decided to try it. Everyone here is very talented. They know what they are doing. Ive seen people struggle with parking here, especially in the afternoons. The prices are reasonable and affordable. And one tip, make appointments! If you do a walk in on a busy day, you will be waiting about 1 hour and 30 min. Sometimes even 2 hours.

I use to love coming here but now the wait is just awful . Waited over an hour until I just decided to leave . Theres a place called lala ami just up on 3rd and Alexandria and there was only 1 costumer when I got there . Just in n out and my eyebrows are perfect

This place is extremely popular. I have gone at different times of he day. There are three girls have done my eyebrows. They are all very professional and polite. However there is really only one girl thats very good at what she does. The last time I was there this young girl did my eyebrows and do such a great job. The price is definitely right the location is convenient to work

Good job. I just wish I could see the ladies watching their hands after and before each customer they have, and after making transaction. When the staff has to pull your face back its important to have their hands clean.

Rebecca is my favorite! I first went to get my eyebrows done when she was located inside a little Hair shop on 6th street. Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years and shes by far the best.Ive been going to her for a little over 3 years now and she never messed up on my eyebrows once. For the price you pay, its definitely worth it. Her price never changed for the past 3 years. Although I moved out of LA, I cant find anywhere better so I drive over an hour to get my eyebrows done.To be completely honest, it does take a long time so I always assume its going to take around 30-45 minutes however shes super precise and its worth every minute. Thankfully she started implementing a new system and made it super easy to make appointments online.If you dont make an appointment....#1 youll never get Rebecca because she always fully booked#2 youre going to wait a very very long time since theyre always busy.Tip: They take cards but prefer cash

They know what they are doing and very easy and convenient to book a same day appointment online. Use it otherwise the wait time can be long. All the ladies are great so it doesnt matter who you get they will do an amazing job.

Its better if you make an appointment because the walk in line can take forever.

Best and consistant customer sevice as long ad ive been there... I believe at least 2 years? Rebecca knows how to do your brows and helps you to get you satisifed. Always make you want to tip her due to her great service!

Everytime I call and make an appointment, they still take walk ins before me! Then they claim I never made an appointment. Def won’t ever come back

Been getting threaded and waxed here ever since I moved to LA over 4 years ago. Rebecca and Neelam are very nice. Dont be afraid to tell them what you want. Id recommend searching for their online appointment book to make an appointment so you dont have to wait. Also a great value for their services. Parking lot (not during peak times) makes it very convenient.

I have been here twice (set appointments) & both times they have stated they didn’t have it in there systems.

Sadly I would not return to this place because even when I called and asked if they did waxing they sort of blew over my questions and pressured me into doing a threading. It was painful and I had bumps for two weeks. Even though yeah, you arent super red after threading, I prefer the quick pain to the endless pain it felt like. I am being nice with my rating because it seems others like their services, its just not for me.

PROS- super clean job- very attentive and detail oriented with her work- cheap- parking was a breeze at 3pm on a wednesday- found a new a regular spot to hit up near workCONS- took longer than most places (but this is a very SOFT con because yes she took long, but its only cause she was making sure she got every little hair)

Just got my eye lashes extensions done and I honestly regret even paying for it. When the lady finished putting the eyelashes she laughed when she looked at them! I felt so bad! Just know that they don’t do eyelashes good here, don’t waste you money. It’s my second day with them on and they are coming off. & the one that did mines gave me bad attitude at first! They should just focus on f f f f a q

I got my upper and lower lip tthreaded for the first time at this place and the salonist did a wonderful job. I didnt have any bumps or bruises and the hair was gone for a long time.

One of the ladies made my eyebrows super skinny and made them uneven. She took off SOOOOOO much hair!! And she made one eyebrow higher and further apart.

I just went to this place and they took forever When I enter this place I ask how long is the waiting time the lady said 30 min so she said “you can come back in 30 min,but write your name in the paper”so I said I come back . When I came Back after 30 min. I wait an hour more so I can get my eyebrows done. I’m really disappointed with this place and with the women that lie to the customers
