They did good job with my hair but I feel they charge me way too much $490 for do highlights and cut my hair so if you not trying to pay a lot don’t go there or ask for the price first plus they charge me $20 more only because I pay with debit card is too much how they work there

It was this beauty shop that was able to provide me an amazing stylist who does my hair beautifully. It was indeed the best service that I have ever tried, and I would be proud to recommend this place to everyone, especially girls. I was so satisfied with the looks I have right now, especially for my hair.

They’re not very good at cutting hair, if you show them a picture do not expect it to look good. I’ve given this place so many chances. PLEASE do not go in for a basic color change either, they will fry your hair! My daughter ended up cutting her hair because she could not brush through it. Also, I asked to go lighter for my hair (light brown) they did not do that and ended up giving me blonde highlights... and the rest was dark brown. I told them it’s not what I asked for and showed them the picture of the basic brown hair and they zoomed in and said it was. They just wanted more money is all, save your money and go to someone who actually knows how to work with hair.

I went to dye my hair for the first time, I got blue tips. After that my dyed hair was so damaged and could not even been brushed through, I used many hair products to fix it but at the end I just cut my hair. I have dyed my hair with box dye and my hair is not as damaged as when I came here.

I recently had my nails done at the Beauty shop. The staff greeted me politely told me the massage area. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. My whole experience was lovely very satisfying. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for your help, guys! Your service was highly recommended!

This is my second appointment again to do my Brazilian blowout. I feel very satisfied with the result of my hair. The hairstylist did an impressive job on my hair. She was indeed an expert and professional. I love this place so much because it was so cozy and spacious. The staves were very friendly and accommodating every time that I visited here.

Excellent customer service. I booked my appointment the morning of and Caty was lovely to squeeze me into her busy schedule. I had gotten a trim with her & I needed a new color. She did beyond an amazing job. My hair is healthy, shiny gorgeous. Iam so pleased with her work. She is sweet, professional the whole staff. The cleaning ness of the salon, I felt safe. Caty made sure I was comfortable through the whole time I was there, they’re coffee was yummy. The salon has parking which is a bonus in L.A. So happy Caty did my hair right in time for the holidays. Horrible dont go here the price range is ridiculous and they dont do it the way you want your hair to look like at the end . They act like its Beverly Hills 320 for a damn retouch in the roots. Please dont waist your time and your money.

My haircut wasnt even what I had asked the lady to do and was charged $13 more than what Ive usually been charged, not coming here again.Update: Decided to give this place a try again and it was a mistake. Not only was my hair washed without having rinsed off the sink from the previous customer, but the worker kept walking away when she was supposed to cut my hair. Took long just for a simple haircut, besides that my biggest problem was she was taking pictures without my consent. It is NOT okay to take pictures of customers without their permission or at least letting them know you are going to take a picture of them.

Katy Beauty salon is filled with talented stylist. I can say that everyone does a good job. I truly recommend this salon.

One of the best Salons in LA. Family owned by mom and daughters. Heidi is my to go girl, but Ive also had the pleasure of having my hair done by her mom, sister and the other wonderful people there. They do get busy especially Friday through Sunday, therefore its best to make an appt. They do make-up and eye brow waxing or threading. Definite must to check this place out. Im very sensitive and particular about my hair and I must say for the last 10 years + I havent been disappointed.

I have more than 10 years cutting my hair with Katty. Mom is great and she is always exceeded by expectations. Highly recommended ..But the bad thing is that the professionalism is being lost thanks to the fact that the market has stopped recently ... many people who only went to talk and the space becomes so small and uncomfortable because of the noise of people who do not work in that place service either ..
