Ella is a fantastic esthetician, who I cannot recommend enough. Ellas customer service is amazing and the results are exactly what I want. My first appointment with her was my first waxing appointment ever. I really appreciated how Ella explained what she was doing and how I should position myself, and I didnt feel anxious or uncomfortable at any time. She even explained how things might feel afterwards, which I appreciated as a waxing newbie. The waxing itself is obviously not painless, but Ella talks with me the whole time and the process goes so smoothly that I cant say it is ever worse than unpleasant.

I was in LA for 7 days. Thats 168 hours. I had friends all across the city asking me to visit. I didnt see all of them.But I made sure to see Ella.She remembered who I was despite my being out of LA for one year, and I got a quick, low pain, high-quality waxing (with some fabulous French hard wax) while we chatted and caught up. Im in Michigan now, where the living is cheaper, and still I was surprised by how affordable Ellas services remain. She could easily charge more, but it makes her services accessible to local students (like I was).Really, if you need waxing in LA, trust Ella! No one else compares

Ella is absolutely fantastic! She uses strip-free wax (which is less painful) and does an amazing job. Very reasonably priced as well. HIGHLY recommend.
