Honest and pleasant! Called this morning. David went out and fixed the machine the same day! Was concerned about the cost for the part so he used a used coin slot for me to keep the cost down. We will definitely be calling David any time we have issues with our washer and dryer. And by the way..... He has keys for the commercial machines so if you have lost yours, he probably has the keys to access the brain of the machines.
