One of this company’s driver crashed my truck into another vehicle about a month ago. I filled out they claim form and talk to the manager at the location which was Tempo Cantina. He told to get 3 quotes and they pay for the damages since I live far away. I yet to have my vehicle fixed they told me they can only cover $1800 to repair my vehicles is $2800 been trying to get this matter resolved but looks like I’m going to have to take legal action.

To whom it may concern:Last Friday on 3/8/19, the parking attendant wanted me to park in the basement of the lot, when there were open spaces at ground level. I explained to him that I will be working at the office late and would prefer if I can park out in the open to make me feel safe. Even though we pay Carlos the monthly parking fee for the lot, still made me park in the basement. Whatever, I brushed it off and just thought it would be okay when I come out.7:30PM comes around and while walking to my car in the basement, I see some homeless people camped 3 feet from my car. They were walking around my vehicle and just minding their own business. I didnt want anything to happen, so I had to stand around for over an hour to make sure they werent going to approach me as I got in the car.This could have been avoided if I could park where I was promised to be safe and secure.

Just 2 words, Horrible Service.For the 3 months of working our area, they continue to lack expressing their 25 years of experience, no communication towards the new personnel they are valeting to, and leaving constant headaches for the parking attendants in our building of 50. Their strategy of creating a constant jam at the only entrance/exit of our building is horrendous. Instead of guiding vehicles to fill in the back of the lot and work their way towards the front, they stack multiple cars at the entrance causing a jam during breaks, and cause cars lining up in the street to enter the work place. With no years of experience, Ive already executed a better plan than the one they currently have.To be honest, DO NOT HIRE these kinds of corporations or whichever. Either spend a serious amount for this service that can actually get the job done, provide security, and communicate with you changes in their parking system. If you do not want to spend the money, stick with a local Los Angeles Mom and Pop crew. They certainly know how to get the job done and always provide excellent service since they depend on clients like us.
