We hired H&K Upholstery to clean chairs in our office.Their employee Mikey came in and wet the chairs with his equipment but there definitely was no improvement, even while he was there. He assured us they would look super clean once they dried.They still looked exactly as before. We tried calling the owners and Mikey himself and they assured us that they would come back out and make the situation right.That was in February. It is now the end of March and we have been getting nothing but the runaround from these unethical people.We will likely have to take them to small claims court to get our fees back. This has been a disastrous experience from the cleaning and the follow-up customer service.If there was a negative star rating I would select that.I would never use this company again.
