I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. The Tech was amazing. He arrived when expected and got right to work. He was quick and efficient. HE was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding future cleaning of my area rugs- which require a different cleaning process. I called and spoke with a lady who told me my final price with taxes out the door for 1 bed room and the living room would be $55. She said this would include a hot water water steam, shampoo, and stain removal. I even called back again before booking to go over prices and service again. Which she again told me the service and price mentioned above. when the guy came to clean the carpet he told me $55 was only to steam my carpet for the room and living room and this did not include shampoo and stain removal. AND THEN with labor and other random fees the total was over $80. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied, don’t waste your time or money with this company they are not honest.

Great service! I had to rescheduled my appointment twice in a busy Friday. They understood my situation and changed my appointment for later. They called as planned to advise they were on the way, and when they got in my place on time the service was fast and great! Will definitely use again!

I highly recommend Carpet Cleaners Los Angeles! I had a grease stain on my new sofa and could not remove it on my own. I was so depressed and it was all I could see. I got quotes from a few different places on Yelp and am so happy I went with them! They were so easy to work with and were able to fully remove the stain for a reasonable price!
