We had AARONS HAPPY CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING 24/7 out this week for our carpet cleaning. They were so great. Fast, and super organized. Carpets look fantastic. So polite. Love that they are family owned!!!! They stayed in contact from the initial time I reached out and throughout the process. Charged less than the maximum they had quoted and got the couch looking good as new. Great job!

Really great people every time Ive used them. Rick just came out. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. The prices are very reasonable. I am sure all their technicians are fantastic, but if Rick is available be sure to ask for him and tell him you heard he was great.

I recently had my Condo carpets cleaned, and Rick did an amazing job! I had multiple stains and spots that I couldnt think could Be removed, but he did! I would recommend this to anyone in this area looking for easy carpet cleaning services.

The tile on my floor and shower in the bathroom was very dirty. The white grout tile on my floor looked almost gray due to dirt. Technician was amazing - courteous, quick, and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain each step of what he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone. Fair prices, even threw in my stairs for free! I will never hire anyone else.

The carpet cleaning of this place was ok for the price but the service was not good. Firstly the technician came without a mask, didn’t even bring one and proceeded into my home. He then was rude to me and made me feel uncomfortable by calling me “mami” how disgusting. He was sleazy and blew me a kiss on the way out. Will not use this service again.Update: 3 days later and now my carpet smell. I suspect the other reviews are fake

Wow -- amazing results. I know I should not wait too long between cleanings, but the guys that came out were polite, on time. Just had our carpet cleaned by Rick and his partner...they did an awesome job! our carpet looks a thousand times better and both techs were helpful and friendly. He did a wonderful job. We had some set in stains that he worked hard to remove. I highly recommend Rick, he was a very friendly person and an extremely hard worker. They were also very reasonably priced.

They were very responsive and were able to schedule with a couple days notice. My carpet had a lot of stains and looks brand new now. Excellent work, good price and super personable. They went above and beyond. I would definitely refer them and use them again!!!

Thomas is the best--not only is he prompt, professional, and does a fantastic job...but he has the best prices and is a really nice guy. I have used other cleaners in the past and AARONS HAPPY CARPET is far better in service and follow up than all others. Rick was very professional and did the job thoroughly, but quickly. He picked up the rug I purchased from west elm and got rid of the mess my dog left.

We took up our carpet to remodel & needed to put it back down & get it cleaned, along with stretching & cleaning our bedroom carpet. aturally, its inevitable for some dirt to accumulate on carpets over time. Rick did a great job and gave my carpet life again. He did two rooms and stairs in no time. He was through and showed up early. Loved it. Fixed the problem completely, removing some spilled Chinese medicine like nothing was even there.

Did a great job cleaning my apartment carpets when I moved out and for a very affordable price. They were able to fit me in on short notice, which was awesome. I had 3 rooms, 2 stair case and a 5 seat sofa clean. AARONS did an excellent job. The results were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

TL;DR - Be careful. Cleaner charged 4x the quoted amount once he arrived....$425 for a normal-sized couch cleaning!Recently moved to the Culver City area and was looking for a local upholstery service for a couch cleaning. When calling Aarons Carper & Upholstery, I let them know theyd be cleaning a 100 couch with a chaise (with light water stains) as well as a pull-out mattress. Over the phone they quoted me $65 for the couch cleaning and $50 for the mattress cleaning (total $115) and said theyd be able to come the next day. Once the cleaner arrived with his equipment, he surveyed the couch and mattress and said the total cost would be $425. I was very surprised by this incredible price increase and asked him why his price differed so much from the original quote. He said the quote I was given was for a basic cleaning which didnt include use of shampoo or the cleaning of the sides or back of the couch. I had never heard of such a thing. With the cleaner already in the house, tired, desperate to get the couch cleaned after my move, I reluctantly agreed (he ended up giving me a big discount and charged $350 via Venmo). The cleaner then cleaned the couch exactly how I had expected an upholstery cleaner to clean, nothing special, couch looked back to normal after. After he tried to upsale me again (+$89 for scotch guard service, which I denied), he left and I immediately felt guilty, taken advantage of, and that I should have immediately sent him away. I called the service back the next day hoping to get clarity on their price structure and if charging 4x quote was normal for this type of service. The operators said they did not have an answer for me and would leave a message for their manager to call me back. I never heard back. I tried calling multiple times. I would have much rather settled this privately, but feel I now need to share my experience. Giving two stars because he did an okay job and it was my fault for paying in the first place. I could have bought my own upholstery cleaning device for that amount! Will be using other cleaning services next time for sure!

Fantastic cleaning on short notice. Rick was quick to clean and fantastic to work with. AARONS did a very thorough, detailed job, my tile and grout look brand new and the two gentleman that came were very courteous. Will definitely use them again. Carpets look brand new and smell great.

We just had all the carpets in our entire house done, including the wall-to-wall carpet and area rugs, some of which are wool. The results were outstanding! They look brand new. Im so thrilled. Very professional, easy to schedule and pay, and thorough.

Very professional staff and the owner of this franchise is extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly honest. The equipment is top notch, although noisy, it gets the job done. You wont have to worry about mold, odors and they even you a plant base antibacterial agent. Also, the owner of this company is on site daily to check on the progress, so you wont pay more than necessary and he makes sure the quality of work meets your satisfaction. Total from us.

They did a great job cleaning our carpet prior to our move. They showed up on time, texted that they were in route, and were very thorough, yet fast from start to finish. Our carpet was in poor condition, but the cleaning exceeded our expectations completely!

This carpet cleaner company! Is great! I wanted to get my carpets and furniture cleaned, and I called these guys out, and set up an appointment with them. They came out the next day at around 3 pm, and they helped us by cleaning all of our carpets and our couches, and they did a very thorough and complete job. Everything looks very clean and brand new!
