Saw the low rating and thought id add my 2 cents. Everyone reviewing is whining about nothing. This branch is super busy and may not be able to pay you in a flash but it has always been same day for me. And they have been very polite with me and have even called me to offer jobs unlike many branches.

Yea thats what happens when they pick favorites lol at the other review it just shows how they are selective about service. They dont pay out same day and dont make the effort to confirm ur hours i dont think they understand that a late pay is a penalty under our laws they could technically be sued if someone really wanted to. LAX branch is even worse tho. We did our jobs now its time they did theres only corporate people ready washington actually care about helping you

I work through this office afew times and every time the staff are always with bad attitude tords the workers ...and there very lazy about paying us on time ...today the woman Thelma was a title big B to us and refused to help us with a mix up on our tickets I recommend that you dont use this office..there very unprofessional

Very disappointed Thelma was very rude just now when my husband called then he called back and spoke to Jose and he was also rude I will be calling corporate Monday and be making a complaint when we accept a job then find out we have court or something and try to call of and you basically refused to accept the call off and say Im not removing you from the job knowing that Im trying to call off because I have court Monday youre basically sitting the person up for failure so I will be complaining to corporate and I will be making a complaint and I will take it all the way because them two were very rude very disrespectful and really should not be working in an office with that kind of an attitude very very very dissatisfied with customer service with best office in these people you know usually they do a good job and I pay you the same day and everything

They lady hung up on me cuz I tried to call in for work. They treat there workers like slaves and they dont need us fxxk ppl ready

I received an email to come in for an interview between 9-11 am Monday - Thursday I arrive at 9:05 am to be told they didnt have my paper application their talking about La shann has my application they dont know if shes coming in. So this office doesnt know what to do when their manager is not here I was hesitant about coming here due to all negative reviews its now 9:23 and Im still waiting for some explanation.

The integrity test is useless and is NOT a skill test like other job placement centers that hired me! Big disappointment coming here to be told you failed a test you shouldnt be asked to take anyway! DONT be truthful when you come here. This place DOES NOT care. Where else do you go? Big let down when you need work and go to day labor and they tell you some BS!!!

Whoever Amy is was super rude with a attitude very disrespectful and feel like racism going on at that Office need new customer service reps or training or something was trying to talk she was talking all over me told her Two people cant talk at once so she hung up on me all because i was trying to get my hours verified even tho my supervisor called it in and sent in the ticket but they said they never received it when he called it right in front of us treat you like shXxt

Theyre getting into the practice of not paying the same day smh. My employers called in himself to log our hours of work. That was at 4:37p. It is now 5:59p and it looks like I wont get paid till tomorrow. THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS BRANCH ARE SO LAZY

I have worked for Labor ready in the summer for the last 3 years just relocated from San Diego for College and took a job out of this branch and they failed to pay me on the 1st. After a weeks work, worse I called to verify my hours at 11am and was told to give them until 6 pm which I found out from the msg center that I got directed to every time I tried to call back that they close at 6pm. I was stoned walled, lied to and not paid after a weeks work at LAX, never in 3 years has Labor ready ever failed to pay me when the job was completed. These individuals are criminals, they think everyone who works for Labor Ready is uneducated and can do no better for themselves. Im sure the individuals responsible for this ILLEGAL act dont even have a Bachelors degree! Just to let you know a complaint was filed and the Lawsuit against your corporation is about to get a little more info on exactly how this business is run. Its a shame and deplorable everyone gets what they give out remember that.

Bad customer service from the lady thats there.....all the other girls from different people ready branches are nice and help snd friendly....

If youre broke and really need money Labor Ready will never fail. They payout daily, jobs vary throughout the westside of LA.

One of the females working here gave me a low rating and never have any details as to why, figured Id return the favor.
