This was my very first time filling and they were very helpful and welcoming and professional..

This one star is for an African American lady unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name however am commenting because she was very un profesional and unhelpful! Two things one not related to her but to the office in 2017 I filed my taxes with David he was amazing! But he forgot to give me copies of my W’2s during the same year I had to go to the main office to get copies but later in the year I lost two of the W2’s copies so I went back to get them to this office where I filed my taxes and this lady three days in a row kept telling me “am waiting for the office manager because i don’t know where they are, come back tomorrow!” Three days and she forgot to ask or just wouldn’t help me, day three and she told me to give her my cell phone number and emai that she was going to email them, until now I haven’t received them! I had to find another way to do what I needed to do. Btw David it’s very professional and helpful am going back because of him!!

If you need your taxes done hit up my folks at gateway tax services located on central & century they have bomb customer service and they get you dumb paiddddddddd.. Im talking about racks on racks on racks. So go by and go get that bread.. Open 7days a week.

Scammers 🤔😒😒😒 After you file your taxes they will ask for money upfront for their pockets! Beware! Their ghetto un professional and I hate to see my people yes I am African-American scam people like this!! This company is worse than H&R Block! They prey on low income people mostly women I’m a woman myself so I know this! These people come here to file their taxes and they are over charged every time. Please be smart and pay attention to what they’re charging you can get it for much much cheaper somewhere else. Please be careful and choose the right tax advisor there’s only one person at this location who really knows what she’s doing I think she’s the supervisor. If you don’t like the price tell them no thank you and walk away.
