Cynthia is fantastic! This was my first time hiring someone do my personal tax returns and I couldn’t be happier! She was super friendly, explained my tax situation clearly and in a way a non-finance person could understand, and she was quick! What’s even more amazing is that I asked if she knew how to fix an IRS issue where they were saying I owed over $175,000 in taxes for an incorrect 2018 tax return - she made it seem like no-big-deal. She said she just had to fill out a form that I should’ve sent back then when I sold my property. She makes big IRS problems go away :) I’m definitely coming back every tax season!

Great place. The service fee was more expensive than other one’s that ive been to but I ended up saving more. They try everything to lower down the tax as much as they can as if it’s their money. Very friendly staff who kindly explain things that I don’t know. They had no trouble doing both W2 and 1099 form. They are the true experts, highly recommend this place.

Emilio is my tax preparer in West LA. He did our 2013 & 2014. Great job! Received our 2014 on second week after filing and a week after our 2013. But I give it four stars cause this year our 2015 return was sent to an Ohio Valley Bank since April 27. Today is May 7 and the check is still sitting there. Centinela Pronto offices show they open at 9am today Sat. But I drove over at 10am and they are closed. I called last week on a Wed. and was asked to leave name and number so they could return my call because they were with a client and never got called back. I dont know why our check wouldnt get sent directly to our bank.
