I’m so great full with this persons I went to complete my income tax then I had a questions about, how to correct a problem in my birth certificate and these persons took the time to guide me where I can go. Definitely they do more than taxes, they help people in other way. Thank you so much for you orientation and for prepare my income tax.

This is the best office I have filed my income tax!!!, I use to do at H & R Block and every year that I return never found the person who did my taxes, my friend recommended me this place and now I have 5 years filing my taxes at Dolphins Tax & Travel, H&R block always charge me $450.00 and this office charge a fare price. I really appreciated the service. Thank to my friend for this recommendation. I recommend this office at all .

PLEASE READ...First of all I only gave one star just so I can share my thoughts. I am very angry and disappointed with the people working here. I file my taxes with them in 2016 for the first time. I was recommended by my husband since he also had files taxes there before. So went in with my W2 form my info and all documents that was required to get started. Ok so everything was okay n was ready to file n sign. Before that the lady that was helping said to me there was going to be charges for tax preparation, which was $90 dollars. Seem alot to me since I usually paid 60 dollars with someone else which happens to be a lawyer. But left it like that and accept to pay the 90 dollars. This year 2018 wanted to go ahead and file my own taxes so I did. Everything was very easy as long as you enter all your information correctly. So everything is submitted now just waiting for my refund. Now since I learned some things while preparing my taxes I decided to go ahead and check my last year taxes. So I end up seeing in the last few pages about the fees ect... I notice that there was a $220 preparation fee to Dolphins Tax n travel. I WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN THIS MUCH!!. So then I check my husbands returns and THEY ALL HAD DEDUCTIONS OF $130 bucks and another one had $300 bucks of preparation fee!! This is crazy!!! Now I want to know if this is happening or happen to anyone involved with these people???? Let me know. Be careful!!! Hate people who take advantage of others!!

I recommend this office for their experience, they helped me to solve a problem with the IRS because in another office they gave me credits that did not correspond, and that office did not open anymore, my sister recommended this office and they helped me and my situation with the IRS is resolved this office is open all year with flexible hours. If they had 0 stars, I gave them that. It was my taxes and they never told me if I wanted to pay for the taxes they gave me all the paperwork and the very sluggish ones charged $ 300 only for sawdust which they never told me and I do not think They say no one to be assaulted and they only charge you they are pickpockets it is not recommended to eat them ayi and if they are grabbed ayi ask porq if they are let them go down.

I highly recommend this place because they are very friendly, I could not pay the preparation of my taxes, I went to Liberty Tax and Liberty Tax gave me the option of paying through my refund but Liberty Tax was charging me 480 dollars for this service, later my friend Claudia took me to Dolphins Tax and they gave me the same option but the charge was much less and they treated me with great kindness.

The agency is the best in plane tickets, and in taxes. I just call and they get me plane tickets quickly to the destination I go, people are so kind as well as preparing taxes are special. Thank you. For their services and attention
