Ghetto as hell with just a minimal amount of great employees I can count on one hand and have a few fingers left.

Very secure with Deputy Sheriffs & Sheriff Security. Clean quick and respectful social workers. Ive been going there for four years and have not experienced a minor or major incidents.

My case worker has an attitude! I did an application online and I had to contact her over 2 weeks later. She was mad at the fact that i didnt wait for her to contact me. She is very rude and didnt even help me. I went because im in desperate need but she could care less. Why work with people when you dont even want to help them!??? Sad.

This place is very disorganized. The workers are lazy, and will either not get the work done, or wait till its too late and cut off your aid. The telephone numbers on sent out letters to you, have disconnected numbers on them. The wait time to see a worker is too long. Sometimes the will send out a duty worker instead of your worker, because your worker is not in that day...but you have an appointment. You always have to come back 2,3,4 time that week before you can be satisfied knowing the problem got solved.This is not sometime, but all the time. Worst office Ive ever been to.

They help you get a job and get to meet alot of people from all across the counrty who just got here . They help you get situated !

Service is cool when you get it, they can be slow smdh even on a slow day.Some workers or butts and will have your case jacked up.

No parking lot for anyone that doesnt work there. Good luck with finding a spot nearby on the street, and if you do, dont leave anything out and visible unless you want to have your car broken into. Not a very safe neighborhood.
