Rented me a wheel chair, brought it to me late. Then forgot the leg extender, brought that late, never worked and wanted it picked up. Left me their wheel chair for two days after I had even rented it for? Had to beg them to pick it up. I never once was able to use it and they still charged me $150.

I contacted One Stop Mobility to get two scooters to use at Universal studios and the City Walk so we needed to keep them overnight. They delivered the scooters to our hotel completely charged and we never had any trouble. They were clean and easy to use everything worked and their suggestions on plugging in While eating or resting insured we had a stress free time. I will use them any time we are in Southern California for any Mobility needs

We were on a school trip to LA and hired a scooter for a physically disabled student. It was delivered to our hotel on arrival and picked up on departure with no fuss. We were so pleased with the scooter. It made the stay much more enjoyable for my student. The scooter was a great size and easy to use. The service was excellent and we highly recommend One Stop Mobility to future customers.

I have used one stop mobility for the last three years for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in August and have never been disappointed with the prompt service and dependability of the company. The employees who answer the call and the people who deliver the scooter are very, very pleasent and patient. They take the time to make sure to explain how every thing works. I will definitely use them again.

I rented a travel scooter for my 9 day stay in LA/Anaheim. I had no issues with the scooter and it was at the hotel when we arrived. I had a change in lodging and the company was flexible and extremely accommodating. The rates were reasonable and service was great! I will use them again.

We used this company for my father who comes to town two to three times a year. They drop the scooter off at our address on the day before arrival and pick it up the day after departure. We had an issue with the scooter and we called and they called straight back and worked out a replacement at our address within 24 hours. Great service, will be using them on an on going basis. I’ve used this mobility company a few times and have been pleased every time! They always have the mobile chair delivered early and charged and ready to go. The customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! I would not use another mobility company after such success with this one!

Highly recommend, affordable, & reliable. Got a 5 day rental for $258. They delivered the transportable to our Disneyland hotel & picked it up at our Universal Studio hotel with no hassle. Customer service representatives Eric & Justine were great & very knowledgeable. Everything was done via email for necessary paperwork & signatures. The 24hr customer service number didnt work all the time, so its best to call the office during regular business hours. Luckily, we had no problems though. I never give anyone 5 stars bcuz I feel theres always room for improvement. We will definitely use this company in the future, if need be.

My experience was amazing, from the time that it was delivered, and keeping me updated as well as checking in from time to time. Also I loved that you guys were so willing to accommodate, to same day reservation and delivery. I had just had surgery and dont know what I would of done with out it!

I didn’t think about a scooter until the last minute but had no problem reserving one at 8:00 pm for the next day! The scooter was a life (back) saver. I picked it up since it was only two doors down from my motel but the business still picked it up, saving me time. Definitely recommend.

Finding the place was not easy - this after my wifes car accident the previous day did not make for a great day. Service was good though.
