This place sells defected cartridges. After I purchased a cartridge, my printer started jamming paper. Omar ask me to bring my printer to the Cartridge World office, which I did. He kept my printer for 2 days and told me my printer is broken. I suspected something was wrong with his judgement. Took the printer to authorized repair and found out that there was nothing wrong with my printer, the problem was Cartridge Worlds refurbished cartridge. I wasted 5 days and had to pay the printer repair shop. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

DO NOT BUY INK FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!!!! Posted in the lobby is a sign guaranteeing their ink from damaging your printer. We bought ink from them, it destroyed our very expensive photo printer (the yellow cartridge was full of green ink), but when we took the printer and evidence to him to have it repaired, the franchise owner, OMAR, berated us, said we were liars and could not prove his ink ruined our printer. He yelled at us saying our printer was junk, and to get out of his store. Not only do they sell a HORRIBLE PRODUCT, they are liars and do not back their own guarantee! RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!

I ran out of ink for my HP 12a toner cartridge, and instead of dishing out $80+ for a new one, I decided to try this place out. They had one refilled already, and it was about 30% cheaper compared to what you get ate Staples. Pretty satisfied with the refurbished cartridge so far.
