I spoke to the owner of the company over the phone and told him the issue with my printer. I was very impressed that he did not charge me anything and helped me out over the phone and my printer is working fine now. I was impressed with the customer service. Definitely recommending them to any company or individual looking to get there printer fixed. 10 STARS!!! for excellent service.
Spencer came out to our office on the west side to assess a faulty HP PageWide Pro 577. Provided fast service and didn’t end up charging me after assessing that it wouldn’t be economic to fix. Will use again.

If I can zero stars, I would, first Spencer sounded so sure and I was excited because the price was right a plus, he called once! I had to call and see if he was coming, day 1 no show fine, day 2 I call at 10:02am he tells me he is on his way its 2:30 and nothing so I call back, Spencer you blocked my work number, very professional. beware people please. Whatever the reason was a call saying you werent going to be able to make it would have been fine. SMH
