Best experience in a long time. I had shopped an item to be gold plated and was told no can do. Carlos was able to do it in a very timely manner . Am very impressed and will be back with additional projects. Regina was very kind, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this shop

I had an antique medal which I wore in a movie. It was bronze and starting to tarnish. I dropped it off on a Friday and told Carlos I needed it by Monday. Carlos promised it and delivered. They palladium-plated it first, then white gold rhodium plated it for the final finish. It looks new! Amazing job at a fair price!

Whatever you do, stay away from this place. I left items with them on Friday for plating and prices were discussed. I expected them done by Monday. Wednesday comes and I still havent heard from them, so I call THEM. She says they havent done it because they have to charge more. I say how much more she says shell let me know. She never does. I call back and say when will it be done I dont care what it costs just do it, she says Friday. I call Friday morning to be sure as I have to go extremely out of my way and fight five oclock downtown traffic, she says yes, by 330pm. At 5 oclock when I get off work I race to get over there, only to find out they have done LITERALLY NOTHING A WEEK LATER. She gives me some story about how they have to charge more still and thats why they didnt do it. I say but I talked to you hours ago and you told me it would be done- she said there was a miscommunication, but I said you TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DONE BY 330 AND LITERALLY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Excuses are like.... whats the saying??? Do yourself a favor and save yourself a week of absolutely nothing being accomplished, especially if you have waiting clients like I do, or did. Considering a lawsuit for loss of business due to false services.
