As their name suggests!Premiere Party Rents should be your First choice for any type of event rentals. I worked with Sandy, the owner, on a wedding I helped coordinate in the Los Angeles area. From initial contact to delivery, installation, and pick up the company and its representatives were prompt, friendly, experienced and professional. In my experience; any problems were solved only with solutions, details attended, easy processes, and a patient facilitator. Premiere just celebrated 30 years and is a woman-owned business. I highly recommend and would use them again and again.

I really hate leaving bad reviews. Everyone has off days and coming from customer service, I can understand when they happen.That being said, Premier Party Rents gets a bad review from us. We had to use them as an exclusive vendor for rentals for our recent wedding and they just all around sucked to work with. Heres why:1. Unresponsiveness. It took several prompts almost every time wed email them before we got a response. Most of the time it was simple questions but it always took a while to get a response.2. Their attitudes. We received a fair amount of attitude when making requests that we felt were pretty standard. It felt like it was a burden for them to help us - which maybe it was but I dont think we were asking anything unreasonable.3. Their sketchiness. Now this is a big one for us. On the rental agreement there was a 10% Waiver Fee attached. When we asked about it via email, we got no response, but answers to other questions. When we asked about it directly with no other questions, we got no response at all. We asked directly about that specific fee at least three times, each time without receiving anything in writing. Super sketchy. Fees just for the sake of fees? Cmon.4. The rentals themselves. Now I know this stuff gets used, but a lot of the silverware, chairs, and space heaters were pretty beat up. When youre planning a wedding and literally everything else looks perfect, it really detracts when the chairs are scuffed, the silverware looks bad, and the heaters look like theyre about to fall apart.Again, I feel pretty bad leaving this but I feel its important for those who have to work with Premier in the future. Know what youre getting into.
Had a party and rain was scheduled. After talking with them on the phone several times. They canceled at the last minute. They didn’t even have the class to call me. They sent an email which arrived in my junk mail. Horrible customer support. Stay away. FYI they even recommended another vendor Aztec, so I guess you should try them instead!
I only needed a few things for a baby shower I helped put on for my first baby but the staff were friendly and super helpful. I even needed a few things last minute on a Saturday and they helped me get in and out quickly when time was of the essence.Go and see the showroom, they have everything from awesome place settings to portable bars that look fantastic.
This place wont let you down! Best employees on the west side. Now you know!
