This was my first time VR Gaming and I must say its a must do!! The staff members were so very helpful and welcoming with helping us work the systems. The environment is very chill, and clean and might I add the prices for the time frame was affordable.

I went to los virtuality for the first time it was my sons eighth birthday and also his first Desiree and Favid were extremely helpful and patient with the children. I am definitely going back Love Love Love this place and they are extra clean and careful with COVID restrictions

I came in with a group not wanting to play. I didnt feel comfortable. The young lady Desiree helped me out and had me beating those boys at their own game. She gave me a few pointers and I mastered it. Thanks to her I have this great memory for life. I tell everyone the fun we had and I send all my friends that want to get out and do something fun.

Went into this location never played VR before. Desiree was very patient and helped walking me through thoroughly. Had a great time! Made a reservation for two and we had a blast. A lot of good games to pick from and playing the Arizona Sunshine campaign is really fun. We also played a dodgeball type of game that was a lot of fun. Some great options for horror games and tonsssss of one player games to enjoy. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Took an 11-year-old boy I was babysitting here to play for 2 hours on a Saturday. We reserved online which was very easy. They showed him how to play, and he had a great time. The staff was attentive and I appreciated the time they took to show him how to play the games when it was obvious he didnt know what he was doing. He wanted to come back again after the session was over. The stalls are spacious, there is a waiting area with couches for parents who dont want to play. The bathroom is next door (though at the time of this review you gotta work the key a bit to get the door open). Staff wore masks for Covid. Parking is easy, there was plenty of parking underground.Highly recommend.

Went here for my sons 12th bday (his first VR site experience). My husband made an appt online, found them through Groupon. Was pleasantly greeted by David. He was the best! Super patient, explained how everything works, gave great game suggestions, & answered beginner questions repeatedly. Kept checking on us, even showed excitement when helping us while we were absorbed in the game. My son loved every second! Thanks David, well definitely be returning to make it further in that zombie game 😊.

Dirty lenses, loose straps, and highly unstable tech made for a consistently difficult experience, despite the staffs best efforts to make up for their shortcomings. If you go, dont take the HIVE on the far right end.

I had so much fun. It was my first time playing VR and the guy was super nice and professional. He also answered my many questions lol. Also I really like the location. Parking was pretty easy and I like that it was on the second floor and kinda tucked away. Oh and the stations are pretty spacious. Overall I heckin loved it.

I took my 10 yr old nephew and my son who is 16. The latter had a blast, while the former struggled a bit. Steve was great. He was professional and patient. I’ll definitely return with my son and stay longer.

We were in this VR place just last weekend. Our son (11yo) was so express after it and still does! Staff is so polite and attentive. Our son and his friend had the best time in VR with vast of various games and great people around! Thank a lot and we will be back soon for sure!

Ive been to Los Virtuality several times. Modern-looking design and brand new equipment along with reasonable price and great service definitely makes this studio a great place to spend couple hours at! Even if you are a first-timer, they will guide you through contols and show you different games to make your experience unforgettable. You can either play single or in a multiplayer regime, so bring your friends and make a VR party there! They also make corporate parties at YOUR site, so I am considering booking them for my company.

We spent almost half a day here playing games on my friend’s birthday. It was my first time playing VR and it was AWESOME! I haven’t had so much fun since I was a kid playing video games. I loved the game that name I forgot where you shoot each other and capture the enemy’s base.The other fun game that we liked was Pavlov. Sooo realistic and soo beautiful game! Definitely want to come again and play with my friends!Also, they said they are planning to have more games and even escape rooms, so definitely looking forward to it.

Came to Cali to visit friends, and stopped by here on our way to the beach. Great place to pass time! Owner and staff is awesome! Games are pretty great! Id definitely come back if Im in town! Reasonably priced, variety of games, recommend making appointments on weekends, walk-ins are welcomed during the week. Nice view from the balcony while they set up the game for you. They have chips and refreshments and they sell a portable gear to take home with for cheap. Highly recommend if your in town! You wont regret.

Service was great, but some of the stations were lacking proper base station placements. However, they did adjust to my needs and acknowledged it. Only affects faster movement. Most people shouldnt be affected too much. Hence, overall rating of 4 stars for advanced skill level players, but 5 stars for average skill players. And their toilet wasnt working.

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday today and we had an absolute blast! This was my first experience with VR and I have to say that I had an amazing time! The owner is quite friendly and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try VR for the first time or if youre looking to have fun with some friends!

Huge selection of games! 8-10 gaming stations and a nice selection of multiplayer games for up to 2-4 players, which is fun when you play in a group.I took my sister, my son and his friend. We started playing as a group, on the same game, which was super fun. About 20 minutes into it, my sister and I decided to try something else. Within minutes, my sister and I were playing our own individual games and having a completely different, yet equally fun experience. So, don’t be afraid to change things up.

We just finished our session! It was for my 12 year old sons birthday, he had the greatest time!!! It was fully immersive and fun!!! I dont play games much and I had so much fun I want to come back, and I was there from open to close!! My son is a gamer and he is still raving about the experience!! He is already planning to come here for his next birthday!!

Had a great time at Los Virtuality w/ Randy! He had everything hooked up and ready to go for me and my 2 friends when we got there! The games were all really fun and Randy explained things in a simple fashion and also gave us tips and tricks to get more out of each game we played. The Bow & Arrow and Zombie games were pretty fun and my friends said the VR Spiderman game was a trip! You can switch out games at any time and trust me when I say youre going to want to do that with all the different titles they have. Honestly a great first experience there and Id definitely go back again.

Ive been to Los Virtuality twice now and its been a great time on both occasions. The large menu of game options means theres something for everyone of all ages.Randy was working both times I was there and was so helpful, especially when I said I was a virtual reality novice. It was obvious that he wanted everyone who came to have a good time and enjoy the whole VR experience.Definitely would recommend Los Virtuality for anyone who is already familiar with VR or is curious and has been wanting to give it a try.

This place is pretty cool - they have a wide selection of beers and drinks, and they have a bunch of cool arcade games (ie. pinball, racing, shooting games, whack-a-mole). I ordered a white Los Virtuality - Virtual Reality Gaming Center ale and it was solid.

We ordered two vr stations for our art party and it was awesome! We love art and especially draw, we had the opportunity to try our skills in the virtual world and create our works there. It was amazing, you can draw in three-dimensional space and at the same time look at your work from different angles. This is a new incomparable experience! At our event there were two Los Virtuality employees who brought all the necessary equipment, instructed us and helped us throughout the event!

Great place for players of all experiences. My husband and 10yr old nephew were 1st time players and had a great time. We reserved 2 sets for 4 hours. The guy there was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and great company (for myself who didnt play).

My first virtual reality experience . Amazing feelings. Since Im new. The staff explained everything in detail and showed how to use it. There was no difficulty compared to if I tried to figure it out myself. I really enjoyed it. Recommend

This place was a lot of fun! Went here for a private party a few weeks ago. The staff were nice and super helpful with explaining the games and the setup. There are games for everyone. My favorite was the zombie shooting game, play in story mode and tou get to move through the game with a partner to find survivors. Dont expect to finish the game though unless you v are there for a long time. We played for almost 2 hours and it felt like 5 minutes! Recommend going with friends and playing together. Its a lot of fun!

Great experience. Although i was doubtful of the price at first. But then when we started it was honestly great and mind blowing. Great staff and any and every issue i had be it technical or whatever. Staff was there to help instantly. Only thing i didnt enjoy was the location. Very shady looking building and the area in general looks off putting. However the actual room was nice and neat. Other than that everything was perfect.

These guys know Virtual Reality, their space is amazing and gets you into game mode before youve even got the headset on, like youre about to launch into space! They even sell Bitcoin! Careful...you might lose track of reality!

I have never liked video games but this was one of the funnest things Ive ever done. When they strapped on the headset I really felt like I had stepped into another world. The graphics and interface were seamless and extremely realistic! There were a bunch of games to choose from as well as some virtual reality scenarios to simply hang out in. The zombie game was the best in my opinion)) I cant believe the rush I got from the zombies charging at me from all directions and having to kill them to survive!The lady who helped me walked me through everything so I could get as much playing time as possible. She was very friendly and wanted us to have the best experience possible. It was crazy how fast the time went though. If youve never played a virtual reality game youre missing out. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, young and old! Thanks, LosVirtuality, for the crazy fun experience. I will definitely be back for more...

I took my girlfriends kids... 2 little boys are 10 and 12.They had a blast and even before we got out the door they were asking when they could come back again.These little ones lost their father last year. (Hit by a car because he was crossing the street on his cell phone) So all us girlfriends get together and try to find fun things to keep the boys busy. theres a 3rd brother but he had homework. 15 yrs old. I dont have kids and its a bit pricey for me but Ill let all the other friends know how much the boys loved the VR and others can take them there as well.

Based on my experience there, I cannot provide more than a 2 star rating. I brought in my 2 sons (7 and 9) and although the employee tried his best to accommodate, we were giving very little direction on how to operate each station. After a few minutes of 2 of the stations (VR goggles) not working, we moved to ones that would. And that would basically be the last time we would see such employee for the next 20-30 minutes of our session which was problematic to say the least. We didn’t know how to switch games, one of my son couldn’t get out of the intro screen on his, etc etc. the issue is - they should have more staff on site to help. We wasted 30 minutes trying to fix his goggles before the employee finally realized we weren’t even using the VR. And again, he was very busy with other customers so I can’t blame him for that. But an overall below par experience for the money it cost. Which by the way, the employee did give us a partial refund which was nice. Thus the 2 star vs 1.

Sergey was a grand ol pal. He made us feel like we were really in the games and he was extremely helpful. He showed us the best games to play and explained everything in a super understandable way. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends!! TRY THE PLANK !!!!
