Everytime I have a small get together I always go to Magic Dream. From costumes, to tables, to jumpers, theyre my one stop shop.I recently purchased the Elsa costume for my baby and she loved it! The costumes are so cute and detailed, I almost wish they came in adult sizes. The best I’ve seen anywhere.We also rented the Olaf character for our party, which came in great condition- clean and just how it was pictured.Needless to say, I have always been very satisfied with my purchases.Overall, they have a great variety of beautiful handmade costumes, party supplies, and service.

I ordered a water slide jumper and the service was great. I cannot complain of how hassle free the experience was from the moment I called and reserved the jumper to the delivery and pick up. I will definitely come to them again.

This place is much much much better and more affordable than BJs. Customer service was excellent. Delivery guy was great dropped off 6 long tables, 48 chairs, and a10×20 canopy with a 20 foot wall attached. I had no issues in communication and my party was a success. Thank you!

Unprofessional. I called once and got a quote for a canopy. And then I had to call 3 more times to get any more information but every time I called I had start all over with my order. Then my order doubled in price and delivery fee. And they got the wrong info down. I’d be extra careful. Bad service right off the bat. So what does that tell me? I’d be worried if that showed on the day of the party. I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Horrible service! They were late dropping off the jumper. The cord that was connected to the motor that blows up the jumper was not long enough to reach the outlet where the jumper was going to be plugged, and they did not provide a extension cord. When I called back to complain the man gave me hard time saying I needed to provide an extension cord which would not have been a problem if they would have told me. The man told me it was my fault that i didnt have a cord. So I mentioned to him that i had been renting jumpers for years and the companies have always provided the extension cords. Then he finally offered to bring me one but said it was going to take over an hour to bring the cord, further prolonging my party after they were already late. So I told the man if I purchased a cord would they give me a refund or a discount and he said yes after a long arguement about who was to provide the cord. The next day when he picked up the jumper he would not give me a refund or a discount.

Not good customer service

There is a $10 delivery,they will not go up stairs so u cant have stairs,and i got old old grey rusted chairs and old tables not exactly the same!!Not what i expected will not be renting from them again😒
